    Outstanding Podcast
As a Nurse and a survivor of childhood trauma your podcast has allowed me to explore, name, and heal past and present trauma. You also remind me how to laugh and play, which is the best medicine. Thank you.

    So relatable!
Kate’s podcast is so relatable. I was listening to her episode on postpartum anxiety and depression and it really helped validate so many of the feelings and experiences I had. She and her guests get vulnerable and real. Women need to talk more about this and I’m grateful Kate has created a platform for this. I can’t wait to listen to more episodes. Well done!

    Best conversation
This is truly the one podcast I can really ā€œlistenā€ to. I tend to tune out. But, Katie makes this feel and sound like a three way conversation with friends. Great info, really validates what I have been feeling/thinking for so long. Keep up the great work!

    I cried!
Definitely eye opening and inspirational at the same time. It really brought me to tears listening to the guest tell her story about giving her daughters the space to say ā€œyou let me down momā€ and then changing their mother/daughter relationship from there. I can’t wait for the next episode!
