    Great podcast
So sad to hear this show is over. It’s a really good show. Very well made and researched. A real true crime gem.

    Sad this is ending
I love this podcast, sad to hear it’s ending.

I used to love this show
I used to love the show, and I was a constant listener. I even expanded into many of the other vault studios podcasts because I wanted to see if there were similar stories. Between the random and planned breaks and the bombardment of advertisements for other shows, it became a bit much, but today was the final straw for me I guess it doesn’t really matter because it was the last show anyways but to come on and give a quick speech and say, by the way, Gordon is really disrespectful to the people who have given you their time and support. This is the second show that these hosts have been a part of that has done this in the last couple of months. I personally won’t be following any more of their shows.

I found my new true crime podcast.
I found this podcast a few weeks ago by chance and I am hooked and glad I found it. From the sisterly banter between the 2 hosts to the through investigations on the crime. I’m on episode 32 now can’t wait to be all caught up! If you are looking for a true crime podcast this is the one for you!

So sad about The Daily Crime
I love this podcast, and I miss The Daily Crime! And now today there is an excerpt from another podcast, instead of a show? I want to hear your voices, your storytelling. It will be a bummer if this one fades out, as well.

    Amount of ads is overkill
I click play on this podcast & immediately get an ad. No big deal. About 2.5 minutes into the podcast - another ad. I clicked stop & unfollow. Most podcast listeners understand the need for ads, but you have to hook me long enough to keep listening past your ad.

    No depth
After listening to over 100 episodes, I can now say with certainty that I hate this podcast. The episodes are so short and there is zero depth at all. You can listen to one 3 min news’s update and read one article and get the same information. There is no value added by this podcast and the end of every episode where they recap is infuriating. It’s either a pure regurgitation or they ask each other questions that were clearly answered by their own show. Often they don’t even know the answers despite the info being in the episode. So bad.

    👍🏽👍🏽 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Pleasantly surprised! I usually don’t enjoy podcasts that play interviews and clips of interviews, but this podcast does it a way that it’s not annoying.

    Excellent podcast
True Crime Chronicles is one of the best out there. They just talk about the crime and they don’t banter and make jokes about victims. They do a fabulous job-I can’t get enough.

    147
Normally like the podcast. But 147 was like you had no other cases. Just skip a week next time. That was useless

    Completely unique
I love that you interview the reporters that covered these cases and stories. Every episode is professional and clean. The reporters tell the stories so wonderfully and offer an insight into these towns that you just don’t get with the “bigger” crime podcasts. I’m a picky listener and I just fell in love here. Please keep up the good work and keep the attention to cases and stories you don’t get elsewhere! Awesome job.

The episode 6 years of waiting was great!
I love this podcast. It’s pretty short so it’s great to listen to when I have a spare half hour. Love hearing g from the local journalist as well!Especially the most recent episode six years of waiting!

    Amazing!!!
  • The Real Zen Boy
    Feed Dumpers
It’s one of these podcasts that republished old episodes so that they all show up in your feed again, falsifying their download numbers. Besides being unethical, it’s extremely disrespectful to their listeners.

    Background Music Loud and Distracting
This show could be so good, but I have to turn it off because of the constant background music that is both distracting and grating since it covers a range of approximately 5 notes. When I realize I’m focusing on it and missing content, I move on. Without the incessant, too loud background music, this podcast would be excellent.

    Agenda
Reed Redmon’s liberal agenda continues to shine super bright! Please get rid of this guy. I had to stop listening to the daily podcast you all do and I’m about to stop listening to this one as well...

    I can’t judge it in 1 episode, but 108?
I’m listening to episode #108, and was son interested in this story. But the woman being interviewed sounded a tad buzzed. If she has a speech impairment, I apologize. Podcasts are all about the voice. You can love the topic, but, unlike TV, it’s the voice, not the appearance that engages the listener. Thee voice is crucial. The host of this episode was great. But the woman he interviewed made me disregard the show. I’ll listen to a few more. This is simply productive suggestion/input, I’m not trying to be negative!

    Very Important Stories
I always tune out right about the time when they recite, inevitably , that “it never happens here”. Thereafter the story is tainted. “Here” exactly where heinous crimes happen. Thousands of podcasts, tens of thousands of online publications, at least three entire publishing houses (!) — ALL devoted to the absolute and undeniable FACT that “here” is EXACTLY where crimes happen.

    Robert Fisher story
This was an interesting story, but hard to deal with when Erica Stapleton spoke. Her overuse of "you know"was comparable to driving down the road with lots of ruts and potholes. If you include her in a future story, you need to chat with her about training in herself to not use that obsessive and distracting phrase. It's very unprofessional.I actually had to quit listening to the story because of her.

    #91 Deadly dosage
I appreciate that you produce this podcast! A comment about this episode: After watching multiple friends die of cancer, how is it that we understand end of life compassion for pets, but we make a doctor a monster for compassionate care? How does anyone know that these patients did not request this privately? And further, the Hippocratic oath is helpful for forcing care when a doctor could be racist or judgmental and attempt to deny care, but it is equally outside of God to keep people alive beyond natural calling as it is to compassionately help people that are suffering pass especially if the outcome will be the same regardless.

Enjoying this podcast in almost every way...
...except the female host’s vocal fry is grating and the use of the word ‘prostitute’ is so 1900’s. Please say ‘sex worker’ going forward.
  • howelldc
    Top notch podcast!
Great job bringing us these tales of evil ... amazing and sad yet reflects reality ... Will Johnson has the perfect voice for a podcast ... keep up the great work!

    Love this
    It’s professional and informative.

    Episode 91
It’s a myth that all doctors take the hippocratic oath. Some schools do not offer it. When my husband was in medical school he and his classmates had to request their school reinstate the practice. Also, fentanyl rhymes with ill, not with all.

    Professional
I just discovered this podcast, and really like it. I enjoy the true crime genre, but some of its podcasts are immature, creepy, exploitative, and disrespectful. This has a journalistic vibe, with sober, detailed reporting and analysis. I also like the team reporting and discussion. Keep up the good work.
  • Youhavejess
    Good true crime podcast!
Very well done and researched from what I can tell! There’s been only one episode I couldn’t listen to because I felt like I was being screamed at throughout the episode. Episode 18, whoever is helping to talk about the case and give us information is screaming/yelling the entire time. I couldn’t finish that episode and had to skip. The rest of the episodes have been very well done. There hasn’t been any side comments on politics in general, which is nice. It’s exactly what it’s described as, a true crime podcast.
  • AnotherSid
Very well done True Crime programs
With respectful, thoughtful and mature discussion among hosts.

    Better than most True Crime
Love True Crime but dislike the silliness and left wing preaching that many podcasters sprinkle in with their podcasts. This podcast does not do that, so I am pleased with it. As long as they don’t start with puppy stories at the end. I’ll keep on listening .

    Wish some reviewers disappeared
It’s 2021 you can’t use prostitute. They’re sex workers!!! Shutttt up!!!! Tutes and Lot Lizards alike love this show. Stop criticizing the smallest thing and enjoy the content or listen elsewhere.
  • Whatever673
    Would be 5, but...
..the discussion at the end is utterly worthless

I just discovered this podcast recently and love it! Not only is it great coverage of cases, but the hosts have very nice voices which makes it that much more enjoyable. Thank you for all of your hard work & effort to put this podcast together.
