Thanks Todd for all the great information. I first listened to Todd's podcasts 3 years ago and continue to listen to them over and over again. I never fail to learn something new.

I heard Todd on another podcast and decided to give this podcast a try. I have listen to several now and appreciate Todd’s thoughtful and more rigorous approach to thinking about issues. I have certainly learned from these podcasts, but more importantly value that Todd’s instruction offers inspiration and has given me greater confidence While I can’t say I get the whole EV proposition, as a almost 60 year old that thinks about FI differently than the 40-something, I have appreciated greatly the Ken Turkek episode, as well as Those with Tess Vineland, Jesse Mecham and Wade Pfau. Thanks Todd.

I am new to this concept of financial independence. My husband and I have been aimlessly saving & spending our money, paying or mortgage, investing a little in a portfolio and in our IRA and counting on our pensions for retirement. But with our second kiddo on the way I decided that I wanted to learn how to become disciplined with our money, design some goals for our family and for our retirement. Listening to Todd every other day on my way to work has motivate me and educated me. I am now on a more confident and secure path to wealth (or my version of wealth which is really just a steady middle-class lifestyle that will last until after we are gone). I’ve tried so so many other financial podcasts and didn’t like any of them. Start with (I think episode 13) the one with the 6 basic steps...this is what I used as my checklist to get where I am now.

This podcast is truly excellent. Todd is one of the few people to have codified all the hard-won knowledge and experience of a lifetime, pre- and post-retirement. I would point folks to episode 14 with Richard Leider for an excellent example of the emphasis of the learning here. Yes, there is much about wealth, but even more about becoming a self-actualized human being in the process. Thank you, Todd!

I have found Todd’s podcast to align nicely with my own journey of financial independence so the topics are timely and interesting. He also interviews people with varying perspectives which helps make a well-rounded podcast. It seems like the podcasts are less frequent recently (keep it coming Todd) but the information in the earlier podcasts is pretty timeless and worth the download.

I first heard Todd on The Good Financial Cents podcast and was really impressed with his understanding of wealth building. His own podcast has not disappointed, and I highly recommend it.

I just came across Todd’s work a few months ago. I have been a Dave Ramsey follower for 2-3 years, but after you get through Dave's baby steps there is not much material left. I found that Todd has taken my financial knowledge and goals to the next level. I am impressed with his honesty and his focus on what drives real wealth building. I also really appreciate his focus on fulfillment and not building wealth just for wealth. Keep up the good work Todd. I’ve listened to all of the podcasts in about 2 weeks and I’m hoping that you’ll produce more in the future. They have been invaluable to me.

'Financial Mentor' describes Todd exactly. He doesn't just jump in with some investment stragegy that someone came up with. He starts with you: who you are, where you're at in your life and what are your goals. He delves into the psychology of how people relate to money and offers suggestions on identifying preconceptions that hinder the building of wealth. He lays out steps in building a path to financial independence but leaves it up to you to take it from there based on your life. In other words, he's a mentor who helps you help yourself. One thing about Todd's podcast that I really appreciate: they're about an hour long more or less. He and his guests have time to delve into topics that you really can't cover in a CNBC soundbite or someone's 5 minute podcast.

This is my go to podcast for revisiting basic concepts for financial independence from an experienced teacher. Nuggets of wisdom that went unnoticed before are now in my back pocket, ready for my everyday decisions. The journey for me has just begun and I am very happy that I found this resource. No fluff. I like it.

I was a coaching client of Todd's about 2 years ago. He is the real deal - incredibly knowledgable, really sharp to penetrate important issues, and 100% true to his word. The value I've gotten from these podcasts is immeasurable. The guests are phenomenal, and Todd is able to clearly and quickly get to the heart of the discussion. It's the only podcast I listen to where I actually change my actions because of what I hear.

This podcast is free of hype and advertising. I have found it really helpful on the topics of spending mindfully, budgeting, asset allocation and retirement planning. Highly recommended,

As a newlywed stay-at-home mom, I try to contribute financially to the household with knowledge, but I don’t have much to start with. My husband and I are in our mid-20s and we decided that our retirement needs to be a priority now even though we don’t have that much money to begin with. This is phenomenal podcast, because it paints the big conceptual picture in each episode. What always throws me when I read finance stuff is the terminology— I get so lost in all the vocabulary just searching definitions in Investopedia, trying to understand the very specific concept being written about that I just can’t see the forest through the trees. I have loved many podcasts but never took the time to write a review until this one— I can just feel how useful this one will be. I feel myself learning every time I listen. Todd always interviews interesting guests in an interesting way and is extremely good at explaining things with analogies, examples and simpler phrasing of slightly complex stuff. I can’t wait for more. Bonus: Todd’s voice and diction are smooth as butter.

I’m a podcaster and a big podcast fan. I listen to a lot of podcasts, so it isn’t a small thing for me to say this is the smartest podcast I’ve heard. I listen to a lot of financial podcasts, but I’ve learned so much on this show that I haven’t heard anywhere else! Todd’s personal history, having “retired” in his 30s, coupled with his vast financial knowledge has helped this show knock my socks off. I have enjoyed every episode, as each brings unique insights. I just discovered this show within the last three weeks and I've listened to all 19 episodes. I am sure I will listen to some of them more than once, the content is that good.

Todd and his guests continue to open up my world to a new understanding of wealth building and financial freedom. I’ve been on a very intentional mission these past few years to nurture, leverage and multiply my financial assets so I can live a life of full financial freedom and this podcast has been a great help. I look forward to each episode!

These podcasts should be required listening for anyone interested in becoming a Financial Advisor. Todd brings in excellent guests for each of the different topics, and his analysis of each guest's experience and expertise helps connect the dots and create a framework for holistic personal finance. I've taken to listening to each podcast twice in order to take notes and consider applications of the nuances of each topic to my personal financial situation. Thank you for providing this great resource, Todd!

Thanks for this podcast Todd. I've been listening for a few months and really enjoy it.

I have dealt with a lot of financial people over the years. I am always amazed after listening to them how screwed up their financial lives are. Sorry I just can't take financial advice from people who can't handle their own money. Then there are the people who make a lot of money selling you financial products that only put big commissions in their pocket! Todd is neither of these types of people and he offers distinctly different advice that is hard to find. He gets living a richer life is not about hording or accumulating mass sums of money, but rather the freedom and experiences having wealth can bring. I love listening to his podcasts, along with reading his emails and books. He has a nice balance in life with regards to time and money, and I learn a lot.

#17 is the best podcast I have ever heard on Career advice. It has saved me from making some bad choices and helped me appreciate the career I currently have.

Todd has a "been there, done that" approach. Even though he's reached financial independence, he is truly providing a service with this podcast. The variety beyond the numbers make this podcast broader and deeper than the traditional financial advice. I look forward to each podcast. Todd's email program is great as well. It's bite-sized knowledge that's appropriate for busy individuals.

Todd does an excellent job hosting this podcast and the guests and topics I have listened to so far have been excellent. The podcasts cover a variety of important subjects and delve into assumptions and data behind rules of thumb and other advice. Overall, I highly recommend this podcast and can't wait to listen to the rest of them.

Todd Tresidder's Financial Mentor podcast is the best offering in the ITunes' offerings. Not only is he a great financial teacher but he is a master interviewer. He listens carefully, understands just the right moment to have his guests delve deeper into a particular topic, intuitively knowing that the listener wants to learn more at that moment. He guides his guests through the interviews seamlessly, amassing a great amount of usable and intelligent information over the course of an hour. Don't miss this gem; it's rare. So glad I found it.

Just happened upon Todd's podcasts as I'm starting to research the topic of retirement. Very rich content that I'm not finding elsewhere. Topics are presented in an easy to understand format and guests are very knowledgeable by way of experience. I am thoroughly enjoying these podcasts and will keep listening!

Todd's podcasts over a great overview of different topics related to achieving financial independence. I really enjoy the fact that he does not dictate one path to achieve, but acknowledges that every situation is different! Some stuff will be repeat for experienced individuals, but it nice to get a refresher!

I’ve been listening to this podcast series for the past week during my commute into work and have already listened to the first 6, I can’t stop! I love the interview style format - the synergy between Todd (the host) and his guests make the topics interesting and really works to hit home the keys points. So far the series has helped me refocus my investment and savings strategy, I am taking action based on the ideas and information shared. I also want to mention that I love quotes that are shared at the end of most sessions, I find myself writing them down and sharing them with my family. I look forward future podcasts.

I am very torn on this podcast. I love the ideas and the guests, but it is hard to hear Todd interrupt the flow of the guests and it is painfully apparent how high Todd's opinion of himself is. I still power through because of the ideas, but it could be more enjoyable.
