    River Parish Cajun Review
The Catholic Foodie is just my kind of show! It is a blend (dare I say recipe) of some of the things most important in my life: Faith/Family/Food (especially with Louisiana seasonings on all of the above). It has also allowed me to recognize how enjoying good foods with the family as well as cooking and creating them has a spiritual aspect to it. Sometimes, I must admit, I felt a bit guilty about always thinking (my wife might say obsessing), cooking, and enjoying the great foods of Louisiana (one of my passions). However, Jeff Young's, perspectives and commentary helped me really see the importance of eating and dining with family and friends and how it can tie into our Catholic Faith. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning how "food meets faith", especially if you have some south Louisiana and New Orleans influences in your life, but if you don't Jeff will help explain a lot of that as well. Great job Jeff and keep up the good work!

    Where food meets faith
I had a hard time understanding the concept of this podcast. Where food meets faith was hard for me to grasp. However that is exactly what this podcast does. I am an avid foody and a devout Catholic and Jeff manages to keep both of those interests well entertained throughout his podcast. Be warned however his wonderful reviews of cookbooks and other items will insipre you to purchase said item. I would highly recommend this podcast to any Christian foody out there. Give it a try you won't be dissapointed

Marrying food and faith in the City of Saints
Though he doesn't live in New Orleans proper, Jeff Young's love of food, cooking and God is influenced by this Catholic city in which delicious meals abound! If you are interested in how the Church's past and present history intersects with food, this is the podcast for you. Young's talents as an educator shine through; he explains concepts in a lively way that never sounds preachy.

Who knew I'd want to cook?
I'm not a cook, though I like to eat. I do love learning about my Catholic faith, though. I didn't expect to become as big a fan of Catholic Foodie as I have; Jeff makes me want to try my hand at some of the cooking and recipes. It's not JUST about food, though, and his perspective on faith is valuable catechesis, and I appreciate every show.

    Excellent Food Podcast
Jeff's podcast, The Catholic Foodie, is very informative. In it, he shows us how "food meets faith" and weaves a good story about the things going on in his life and how they relate to his family and food. I have heard him cover various topics, including talking about other rites of the Catholic faith. If you want to listen to a great podcast about food and learn more about your own faith, you have to check out The Catholic Foodie.

    Great show!
Great show right out of the gate! My family has very much enjoyed. A tad envious of your child’s vestal tastes with food!
