Really excited to find this pod. Really unfortunate you had to bring political views into a discussion about a show that’s supposed to be lighthearted and entertaining. If you want to discuss political views make a political podcast. Won’t be listening again.

Came here looking for a podcast to recap Live Island. They were fairly annoying with taking forever to get to the topic and inserting nonsensical inside jokes but I tried sticking with it. However, it wasn’t until after their 7th or 8th dig at republicans/MAGA/anyone who isn’t a bleeding heart liberal that I had to turn it off. You’re more than welcome to have your own beliefs but just know if you repeatedly insult and mock others with a different belief, you risk losing listeners. Maybe make note that the majority of the country didn’t agree with you given the last election ✌️

I like the podcast but why bring politics into things?? Pretty judgmental about some of the islanders when we do not know them personally.

I wasn't going to watch All Stars this season, but I just couldn't resist being in the know with them each week. I do regret to inform you that the VP can be elected POTUS twice if they ascend to the presidency with fewer than two years of a term remaining (source: 22nd Amendment). Meaning worst-case-scenario, we could be stuck with a Pres. Vance for almost 10 years. Let's hope not! Keep speaking out, ladies!

I love this pod! As a newer love island watcher could you go through all the quotes you have pulled in your intro and give context? I know some of them (liar, actress, whose Emma, are ya joking, etc.) but there are some that I don’t know and I want to expand my love island knowledge. Xoxoxo love you guys!

You thought Leah was stating that they fell in love with her by being like me. But Leah has said that she was surprised by Arianas comment and she was saying me to clarify that Ariana was actually talking about her. She jokingly, and you guys constantly misunderstand her and put out a different rhetoric about her

I’m new to Love Island - finally started watching after every media person I followed raved about the current season. So glad I found this podcast! The hosts are so smart and have such interesting analysis of some of the truly bonkers behavior on this show. It helps that one of them is a therapist and so has a lot of insight on human behavior. I also love that they both flag when male contestants show potentially abusive behavior (happens more than it should)! I look forward to each new episode and am trying to slow down my own viewing so I can watch in tandem with their episode releases.

I do want to say that it is important for y’all to see Andrea’s post-island TikTok lives and content because I think she made herself look so bad after she left which made everyone like Leah more. Also I can’t wait for y’all to see the rest, especially casa so y’all can understand why we love PPG so much

I was going to write a 5 star review roasting yall for loving red flag rob at some point this season but was listening to the podcast bright and early and ran here to comment! I discovered your podcast during Love Island Games and I love how real you are and how funny your commentary is. Its like talking to your friends about your favorite show. What made me run over was you telling your opinion about how you feel about a fan favorite. And I 100 percent agree with you and think IMO, its even worse as the season goes on. Ive been feeling like I was gaslight and don’t understand the outcome. I love that you werent afraid to say it, and I truly hope you dont get discouraged from sharing it if her fans attack. I had to run and give my review in case they do because you dont deserve that. Looking forward to future reviews!

I’ve been watching Love Island UK, USA and AUS for a few seasons now but only just found this podcast this year. Love the relatable reactions and insights about what goes down in the villa. I love this podcast!! I was looking for a reliable Love Island podcast and recognized the name from Game of Roses and I’m so glad I checked it out! It feels like I’m just listening and laughing along with a couple of my friends while I work 🤗 I started with Love Island All Stars then USA then went back to listen to Love Island Games. I was just glad to find people who appreciate the genius of Callum like I do 😅😂 my only request is to recap more shows, thanks for the VPR discussion lol totally bosh ♥️

If you are a love island fan, you must listen to this pod. The hosts have great chemistry and I love their spicy hot takes on what happens each week. This pod feels like I am sitting at happy hour with my friends - I have no choice but to recommend!

You lost a regular listener the second you said ACAB and judged Mike for being a Cop. I can only guess how you feel about Eyal for being who he is. Biased hateful garbage is not appropriate to bring into a reality show recap podcast.

Everyone has done interviews & you chose the most boring/uninformational ones to cover. There are also so many of the Islander’s recorded SM lives posted on TikTok to use as a source. Stuff you’ve not touched upon include tea/drama related to Kady/Ouzy, Catherine/Scott, Leah/Montel, Mitch etc. So I found the episode boring, sorry ladies. However, I’ll still give you 4 stars, deducting 1 because you reference Reddit way too much.

I don’t have any friends who watch love island - and listening to this podcast is like having two friends to talk to about the show. I love hearing their takes and their opinions of the islanders, and I genuinely appreciate how they talk about possible racism/sexism on the show from islanders or the producers. I’m so scared for what I’m going to listen to in the off season without them! PS: I love hearing Gabe’s takes, he reminds me of my boyfriend when he watches with me!

Definitely my favorite love island uk podcast eva! I laugh, I cry, I nod my head in agreement constantly. Keep it up gals and don’t ever change!

I truly enjoy Ari and Maura and their honesty, takes but most of all their realistic takes on how POC are treated. You can feel how they enjoy doing the pod and have so much fun. And Gabe, I give you a whole crate of quail eggs, quite a gentleman and a keeper.

I was excited about this podcast and into it at first but the girls are bringing too much “wokeness” into it. Mehdi wasn’t being racist, that’s a stretch. Also, to not think Catherine did anything wrong and to say Scott doesnt deserve any sympathy is simply mad. Do you guys not have any morals?? She acted sooo into him and dropped him the legit second she went to casa. If a guy did that you wouldve criticized him 100%.

My favorite LI UK recap pod. These ladies aren’t holding back on some great takes and you can feel them having a good time while recording. Podcast feels very relatable, bc all their thoughts are what I’m screaming to my tv while watching, so it truly feels like I’m with friends. And one thing I personally enjoy is that they discuss the underlining problematic topics we’ve seen throughout the history of this show and it’s nice to see other people still enjoy LI, but can also see these issues too. Two things can be the same! You ladies are perfect never change.
