    Honest & Relatable
I’m 2 years into motherhood and have NEVER felt so related to until listening to Sandra’s podcast. Her voice is so soothing and the topics are INCREDIBLY on point. Thank you for creating a safe space for us moms!!

Content could be great, but delivery is painfully slow
There are some great intentions, and the content is great. The production value is 7/10. But the slow speaking and dumbed down elaboration of bullet points makes it tough to follow the talk track. Storytelling is a skill that I hope this author learns more about. Inflection, pace, and use of dynamic range are very important to that. I want to give it 3 stars but it just seems like there was an outline but it was never actually rehearsed. You can get away with this if you have a cohost. Delivering as a solo producer is REALLY hard, so I commend the host for trying, but it needs a good amount of polish.

The best friend (and podcast!) that every mom needs
Motherhood can be so isolating—and hard—especially when you feel like you can’t express your true feelings. Sandra provides a safe space to discuss it all, and I have felt less alone (and understand my feelings better) since listening to her podcast. This is a must-listen for moms!

    Real and honest
Sandra is so real and honest about her motherhood journey which is such a gift to other moms. She covers topics that many women think about but wouldn’t typically talk about. Keep up the great work!

Postpartum honesty and I’m here for it 🙌🏼
I started listening to this podcast when I saw one of Sandra’s Instagram posts about intrusive thoughts. I’ve probably listening to at least 20 episodes in the last week. So relatable and honest. It helps to know you’re not alone in the trenches of motherhood 💜

    One and Done
I found the episode on being “one and done” so resonant and helpful. It was just what I needed to hear to feel confident about my decision in a society that pressures mothers to constantly take on more. I also love the Instagram content. Highly recommend!
  • Struggling but happy new mom
    Unfiltered and relatable
I’m a new mom 4 months postpartum and struggling still with postpartum anxiety and struggling in more ways than one. I’ve been binging this podcast with tears in my eyes every episode. Incredibly thankful for such relatable content in a world that can sometimes feel so filtered. This podcast has made me feel understood and normal for where I currently am in motherhood. Recommended for moms in all seasons.

First time listening to a podcast!
I’ve never listened to a podcast before and when I saw one for this topic specifically I was excited to check it out as I’m about to return back to work part time @ 12 weeks post partum (I’m 8 weeks pp right now). And I LOVED it. It’s very validating of the emotions I’m feeling about returning between my excitement/anxieties. It had me emotional at some points too tearing up. Very honest and raw. Excited to see more content from you! 🤍🤍🤍🤍

    So helpful!
I listened to your podcast and it was so helpful. Made me feel validated and seen. I listened to the intrusive thoughts episode and I had almost all of the same thoughts you had mentioned! Made me feel a lot better since I wasn’t the only one. I even ended up having a great conversation about it with my husband to voice some of my intrusive thoughts and found that he sometimes get them as well. I was so surprised, I hadn’t considered he was experiencing something similar. Thank you so much for making this podcast! This topic is definitely not talked about enough!

    LOVE!
Just want to thank you for your podcast. I came across it a few weeks ago and it’s helped me so much. I gave birth to my second daughter in March and even though this experience has been completely different than my first. I find my self on the Wild ride of emotions and figuring out who I am as a mother of two. I’m still figuring it out but so grateful to not feel so alone by listing to your podcast!

    Love Sandra’s honesty and discussions!
Sandra has always been open and honest about all sides of motherhood on Instagram and it’s been great listening to her podcast talking more in depth about some of the issues of motherhood that so many women might not have known would come up. She’s not afraid to share the hard truths of everyday motherhood and dives into maternal mental health, marriage after babies, and other harder topics that will help women feel less alone. I can’t wait to see what other topics she’ll bring up, knowing what she’s passionate about in this area that we try so hard to keep real!

    Amazing
She has a way of perfectly articulating everything I’m feeling. I truly believe her Instagram posts have changed my life and marriage. Postpartum is rough, but she was able to shine a light on things that many women go through but are afraid to talk about. I recommend her to every new mom!

    Truly The Best Mom Friend!!
Sandra is so relatable in all things motherhood! I never realized how much in common we had until following her on Instagram and now that she has a podcast listening to her speak the same truth is reassurance that I’m not alone! Thank you for being my Best Mom Friend!

    Relevant and relatable
Sandra eloquently proclaims her passion for exposing the truth behind the motherhood cliches: It’s not always easy, and the reality doesn’t match the Facebook highlight reel, but parenting ultimately worth it. Her candor and compassion are tailor-made for her audience, helping validate their struggles and celebrate their successes. I’m looking forward to seeing where this podcast goes, and I’ll be along for the ride!

    The truth
I am all about the TRUTH when it comes to motherhood. I am a (pandemic) mom of twins and my life was SPUN into a life of chaos immediately. I connected with Sandra early on in postpartum and we connected immediately on things regarding the horrible DMER. I had this too and didn’t know anyone else did! We connect on issues of babies health, struggles, ANXIETY and I’m so proud she’s taken this step. She’s helped me and so many other mothers get through the first phases of life and she still helps!!! Give her a listen, ya won’t regret it.
