Daisygal927Amazing!I never pictured myself as a firefighter wife. But here I am and I have seen him battle many things! Someone said you do this cause of something in your past ! Well I can’t pinpoint his cause but I will stand by my man always. This podcast is beautifully done and I appreciate all that had/has the courage to speak out! Thank you for this!!

MrSquatch67ExcellentExcellent podcast. Been in the fire service a little over 15 years and it’s amazing how much mental health is a new thing in this line of work. It’s nice to hear people stories and how they’ve dealt with their own personal traumas of the job and the avenues they’ve taken to help relieve some of the fog!

421MattA must listen! With 31 years in the fire service, and still going, it is important to realize we can not face this much trauma alone. Any chance we can to encourage one another to seek assistance early is an absolute must.

ekm_hsr_33Nailed it.Forever we have waited for this. We didn’t know this was what we were waiting for, but this is it. Words have been put to feelings. Feelings have been put to words. There isn’t a fireman or first responder who won’t find something in this dialogue to latch onto. And there isn’t a casual listener who won’t find something he or she can associate with. Listen with open ears. Dialogue with colleagues. The Things We All Carry is the podcast for anyone who experiences life… every single one of us.

CarolESmithRelatableAn important podcast for anyone working as a first responder or in healthcare. The load is heavy, but knowing there are others that experience that heaviness too, and can help you find ways out from under it- that’s so important. These voices and experiences are familiar. Knowing you are not alone- that’s my ultimate takeaway. Really great podcast.
