    Informative
I am enjoying what I am learning from this podcast however, I started perimenopause at 34 and I really wish they would stop saying 40+ women. Because that’s stigmatizing the age. I have found it so hard to find Drs to take me seriously and find relief because of the age limits they are labeling women with. But otherwise. Great podcast

All women in their late 30’s should listen
I recommend this to every friend who will hear me. So grateful to the hosts and the knowledgeable medical professionals who help women through these conversations.

    Vocal fry
I tried to listen to the content but one of the hosts vocal fry is to hard to overcome. Very hard to listen too.

    Information helpful; audio quality terrible
Wish I could make it through an episode because the information is generally good. But, the hosts are super loud and the guests are quiet - I have to crank the volume to hear the info I want and then it hurts my ears when the host talks. A small upgrade in recording equipment, sound dampening in a small room and some EQ in editing would help tremendously. Not only would listenability improve but implied credibility, as well.

    THANK YOU!
I just turned 48 and there are SO many differing opinions when it comes to information out there for peri-menopausal women. The episode with Dr. Kamilia Smith was eye-opening, and she just resonated with me!!! This podcast has definitely educated me on my options for current and future symptoms of peri-menopause…and it’s allowed me to feel ready to take on this crazy journey I’ve been venturing into!! Thank you!

Thank the lord this podcast exists!
I found this podcast recently and it quickly became one of my favorit, because it is so informative. I’m entering into some weird peri symptoms, and thanks to this podcast, I realize that I’m not the only one. Rachel also has the most pleasant and warm personality and is an absolute joy to listen to.
