J MacMacTripodLove listening every Thursday morning. A good mix of casual banter and answering technical swim/bike/run questions 🏊♂️🚴🏃
-
Kip444Great podcast for all TriathletesGreat podcast. One thing, when Nick does his surfer guy voice it physically hurts. That’s why it’s only 4 stars.
-
Wordnerd1989Too repetitive and not entertainingThis podcast used to be a must listen but the last few months are so repetitive I’ve stopped listening. They say they get so so many questions each week so why do they pick the same ones? They also never want to give their race recaps which was a main reason I would listen.
-
T MACcherola👍😀Paula. 👍😍Eric. 🥱🤮NickGreat insight from an experienced pro team. All the behind the scene details and nuance of a pro triathlete life has me coming to listen again and again. Paula- Love her tenacity and mindset. Erik - very rational and even keeled in his approach. I see why Paula married Erik. Great blend of mindsets, they make a great team. Nick. Meh. They say what you find to be meh, you actually need more of that in your life. So...thank you for that.
-
rocket_launchMy Favorite PodcastA must listen for any triathlete! Eric, Paula, and Nick are so informative, and always so open to sharing their journey in the sport plus answering listener questions each week. They’ve built and amazing community
-
BJM'sLike riding with your friendsIf your friends are professional triathletes (and Grammy award winning musicians!) and just really good people.
-
LouiseSh87The best tri podcast out thereThis is just the best triathlon podcast and the only podcast that I look forward to every week. I’ve listened to almost every episode at this point, as I listen while training. It’s so informative, I particularly recommend it if you’re training for a triathlon because they give so much helpful advice for us mere mortals (and Nick, the age grouper, brings great perspective). If you love it too, subscribe to support these guys and the young athletes they support!

JcwallerVery enjoyableThis is a great glimpse into the lives of professional triathletes (and their friends). It is a fun mix of personal and triathlon, and I am excited for this crew. They are doing some good work in the triathlon world and by listening, you feel like you are right there with them.
-
bmontreAbsolute must listenTraining for an Ironman can be pretty lonely sometimes. If you’re sick of listening to another podcast about how certain pros can hold 350 watts at 1.6mmol/L/dL/hr/banana give this a shot. Paula, Eric and Nick have become the quintessential training partners on Thursdays/Sundays whenever they release a new content.
-
TXTaylor23New triathleteI started triathlon in Feb of this year and did my first IM 70.3 in October in Waco. I knew nothing about triathlon and was just looking for tips and tricks and started with episode 1 of this podcast. I became obsessed and have since now listened to every episode. I’ve learned so much and am so grateful for this group and the content they put out. The absolute best!!
-
T6irlCaptivating and honestReally look forward to tuning in to the TTL fam each week! I don’t listen to many podcasts but Eric, Paula and Nick are so down to earth, relatable and hilarious. It’s also fun to hear all the fan questions!
-
josphi32Best Podcast! This is my absolute favorite podcast. The trio is so knowledgeable and fun to listen to. They answer so many questions that are applicable to every triathlete. You can tell they really just want to give back to the sport and help people in their triathlon journeys. Must listen!
-
SCP39Favorite PodThe easiest pod to listen to. The dynamic btwn Paula, Eric and Nick works perfectly. Great mix of triathlon questions and life updates.
-
Lola BernalliBest podcast period .You have great voices and amazing content . Thank you, thank you for the helpful insight into training , gear and life in general.
-
EbyrgeNever Miss an Episode!I found the TTL podcast a couple of months after they started and have listened to every single episode. The authenticity of the Paula, Eric, and Nick make them feel like friends. It is easy to root for them and learn from them, too! Hearing their honest answers to listener questions and race recaps is not only helpful, it is also inspiring. Side Note: Prior to listening to this podcast, I had never watched a YouTube video (I’m a little older than a typical YouTube fam), but enjoy Eric and Nick’s creative side so much - I have become a YouTube fan as well!!
-
TiffCroFun, friendly, informativeBeen listening for since June of ‘22 (and went back and listened to all the episodes before that) and this pod is a highlight of my week. I love the banter and personality, and I definitely learn every week and have get great takeaways to my inspire my own triathlon endeavors.
-
Rals MTriathlonInformative podcast about triathlon! Provides a glimpse into the lives and training of of pros Paula and Eric and age grouper Nick. Highly recommend if love triathlon.
-
kbwannabetriathleteBest Tri show!Found over a year ago and love the group dynamics! Offers both advanced and age group advice, while giving a good laugh!
-
jayman19!Great podcast even for beginnersI just found this podcast as I am training for my first triathlon. It’s a great conversation and you learn a lot. Some of it is over my head, but the rest is great to learn little tips and tricks that you can’t find elsewhere
-
DC HDRIDERTTL and UltrarunningSo good! Must download and listen. TTL has proven time and time again that it’s a grassroots effort with lots of hard work to bring the community together. Thanks to Eric, Paula, and Nick for putting this together and have done an AMAZING job to maintain it. Looking forward to more episodes!
-
trigal20000000One of my fave podsLove the dynamic between the hosts. Many of the questions are things I wonder as a triathlete myself. Highly recommend it
-
Cmetri53The best podcast on the “life” of a triathletePaula Eric & Nick are such a great team and the intel they have is priceless. They discuss everything from races, bike maintenance to laundry detergent and travel!
-
KatymsrdTTLI love the podcast and love the conversational vibe. As a 68 y/o masters and life long competitive swimmer I had to Laugh, when I heard Paula’s comment about Speedo Vanquisher. I use them for all my swimming and triathlons and have always. And have tried a few fancy tri goggles , but they just don’t compare. Thank you for a great listen
-
OR70.3Excellent CommunityTTL has done something extraordinary in the triathlon and multi sport community. The podcast is both light hearted and down to earth, and quality content with unique perspectives from both the professional and age group angles. As an age grouper that loves all things triathlon, this is a constant in my week and I always look forward to it. You can also find my riding my bike in my TTL kit sipping out of my TTL bottle, or running in my TTL hat. Brands that foster the community mentality and develop customers as advocates are rare, and TTL has done just that for me. Triathlon has so many parallels to life, and I’m thankful for the TTL nation!!
-
brutusbarrettSooooo goodThis is such a good pod! The chemistry of the hosts is great and the real world practical advice from all 3 is super helpful. Each member brings a different skill set, experience and humor to the show and the hour flies by!
-
KatelynMcK06Love this PodI’m a new triathlete and I love that despite Paula and Eric being professionals their struggles are very similar to the age groupers… it’s nice to know that these things don’t go away just bc someone is elite in their field. I love the race reports, love the banter and cohesiveness between Nick, Paula and Eric - I feel like I know them so well - it’s an hour each week of laughing, raw reports on their season, and some good education as well! Hands down one of my favorite podcasts that I look forward to coming out each week!
-
GolfPeanutFun Anecdotes on the Tri LifetsyleListening to this podcast makes me feel like my triathlon lifestyle is slightly more normal. If you love triathlon you’ll love listening to this show.
-
FF5dissapointmentFantastic ShowI always look forward to a new hour of happiness on Thursday mornings. Paula, Eric, and Nick are all phenomenal. They give a glimpse into the life of pros, give great advice for newbie and experienced age-groupers, and thrown in some humor along the way. So happy to see these great humans succeed as they do so much to give back to the sport and the community. Give it a listen! Past episodes make for a great listen as well. So much timeless insight.
-
Why Am I Limping?Entertaining, informative, and inspiringThe pod is light hearted and fun, but still interesting and informative. There’s great chemistry between the three hosts which makes it an easy listen. Very interesting to get a professional athlete’s perspective on user questions. I love the Q&A style, but I would love to have an occasional episode where they have long form, more in-depth conversations. Like the race recaps, I wish they were even longer and more in-depth. Really, I just want more pod.
-
Al 8888888Welcoming to the queer community 🫶🏼🫶🏼I love this podcast and I love these people!! As an amateur triathlete I’ve learned so much from TTL and it’s nice for my partner that I can consume this content and not talk her ear off about triathlon all day. Paula is an absolute legend and hilarious. I’ve also noticed in videos and on ig she always keeps her helmet on longer than necessary and it’s so endearing lol Eric is the only straight guy I know that loves Trixie Matel as much as I do. His videos truly inspire me to go outside more and broadened my horizons of outdoor activities. Nick is hilarious and provides some insight to these pros what it’s like to be like the rest of us Flynn makes me both excited to have an active playful dog in the future AND incredibly grateful for my couch potato senior dog I can wave goodbye to as I go for a run. Their podcast holds a lot of power and how highly they spoke of Trixie Matel on episode one made me, a queer woman, feel more welcome in the triathlon space I just joined.
-
Juju SenfftBest tri podPaula, Eric and Nick are great at answering the questions and letting us take a peak at their routine as pro and amateur triathletes!
-
SSMinnow425Best Triathlon Podcast! The way Paula, Eric and Nick talk in these podcasts makes you feel like you are a friend in the room with them. Learn a lot and am always amused. Good compliment to the vlog!
-
Erin loves TTLSo helpful!I’m an amateur triathlete and have learned a lot about the sport thanks to this podcast. I enjoy all the segments (yay for race recaps!) and appreciate the honesty from this crew. Thursdays can’t come soon enough each week!
-
Tt19932013The best triathlon podcast out there.Interesting, informative, and fun to listen to. My favorite podcast.
-
JustBe108The Sri Community Thrives HereI found this podcast when I decided to do my first Ironman 70.3 in Augusta. I love that the hosts ask the listeners for questions. They care about the community and are just genuinely really nice and kind people. I love the personalities that they have, and how when they are doing a recording and hungry they will go off the rails about froyo, peanut butter, hot dogs, etc. Paula usually reigns them in but when she is hungry all bets are off and it’s hilarious. It is worth listen if you want to be a part of a worldwide tri community and actually feel a part of it. You will learn a lot! Awesome podcast!
-
Boulder YuppyBest Triathlon Pod!You guys have gotten me through so many long runs and indoor trainer rides. Love the back and forth between the three of you and all of your different perspectives. Thank you!
-
Sbell99FavoriteMy absolute favorite podcast! I started listening when I was just starting out on my triathlon journey, mostly for their tips and tricks, but I found so much more. They embody the triathlon community, even though Paula and Eric are professionals. Nick adds the added and needed age grouper perspective to often remind them that they are super human. However, their dynamic commentary results in fun, humor, great advice and just three down to earth people chatting about life, triathlon, coffee, donuts, and dogs! Highly recommend!
-
MegMG375Awesome since day #1!I’ve been a listener since day #1 (as well as a follower of their YouTube channel for years). This pod is fun, funny, full of good tips and tricks and overall a great listen for anyone who loves triathlon and has questions. Paula, Eric and Nick are a dynamic trio who work so well off of each other and only get better by the week. Keep up the great content….TTL “nache” loves you guys!
-
BOB#3The best for all things swim, bike, run.STOP SCROLLING - This IS the BEST swim, bike, and/or run podcast. No gimics, no gotchas but a lot of raw, honest truth. This podcasts listens to its listeners FIRST! Yes - the listeners get to ask the questions! Listen to ALL the pods then start asking your own questions via the TRL site. Every pod is loaded with immense knowledge & authenticity regarding each element of a tri.
-
olk90A recovery run is always better when listening to TTL!My absolute favorite triathlon podcast. Keep it up!
-
MrHomecheckAwesomeThank you for all the great work and all the insight you give in out sport ✌🏻
-
kokokokoittitoCreates a CommunityTriathlon can appear intimidating and solitary, and I’ve even heard the term “gatekeepy” thrown around. What I love about this pod is the authentic love for multisport, for building community, and sharing that excitement with others. TTL makes triathlon feel supportive and open to all. It gives me a jolt of joy and makes me feel welcome in the triathlon community, even though I tend to be a loner myself! It has broken down my fear of chatting with people at events and even striking up conversation with people who I see at the pool. Saw a TTL kit at a local sprint the other night and was so EXCITED. Thank you TTL - awesome pod :)
-
JulieBeth913Best show ever.Always my favorite day of the week when a new episode comes out! This show is entertaining, informative, and relatable. I feel like Paula, Eric, and Nick are my buddies!
-
Marathon Sarahgreat podcast for triathlon and lifePaula, Eric, and Nick genuinely seem like great people, and this podcast is informative and funny. I have learned SO much from so many episodes that I might otherwise be nervous or embarrassed to ask at my bike shop or other triathletes, or just basic stuff I didn’t know I didn’t know. It’s amazing how relatable and helpful a couple of pro triathletes can be at sharing triathlon info, but it probably speaks to how down-to-earth they are (plus Nick’s perspective helps a lot, too!). Love that they contribute to the sport in this way!
-
I NysHighly amusing and informativeLove this show! As a triathlete I really appreciate the information and perspective the hosts give. As a human I love how funny they are and the joy, levity, and humor they bring. You can tell these three are really good friends and want what’s best for each other and the sport!
-
ViewfromInsideFun, informative, entertainingThis podcast brings so much to the table. A place to come for laughs and entertainment along with information. I REALLY LOVE the race recaps so never feel like it’s too long or excessive. Always here for more. Thanks for a look into your world.
-
EliteTriathleteEssential PodcastI have been listening to this podcast for months and it has become an essential podcast to my weekly rotation. I’ve learned about being a better athlete and about how just enjoy life and the process of perfecting your craft.
-
Dbrown123456The Best Triathlon PodcastPaula, Nick, and Eric somehow make every podcast new, fresh, and exciting. Wether discussing Bike Tech with Eric or different ways to phrase TTL nation, this podcast does not disappoint. You will be inspired, laugh, and truly enjoy every episode they offer.
-
Married 40 years!Great people and so real! Love this Pod!This is such a great Podcast! I love how open and real they are. They all share the good, bad and ugly that all triathletes go through as well as how the pro’s are just normal humans. They kindly let us us into their world and are so entertaining! I can’t wait to cheer for them in person one day!
