Kyree90Glad I discovered this podcastI can’t remember how I found this pod, but I’m glad I did. (Jenn may have been a guest on another of my regular listens.) Whether she’s interviewing a guest or going solo, there’s always some nugget for me to take away. The episode where she talked with the sister she met late in life was particularly memorable.

NPapaya75Affirming and EnlighteningSo glad I found this podcast when I was going thru Perimenopause. The host shares personal stories, has a ton of guest experts on a range of health topics, including emotional wellbeing, and is absolutely speaking directly to women at midlife. It’s a great space if you’re confused abt the latest research, looking for community, or just want to feel seen/heard.

Dpippen💗💗💗Jenn has an informed and compassionate approach to helping you undo the years of damage diet culture has had on all of us. And her food joy is inspiring!

rbegirliegirlImportant concepts presented in a friendly and approachable wayI’m not a huge podcast listener, but after I found Jenn and listened to a few episodes, I knew I needed to hear more of what she and her guests had to say. I just downloaded them all and am working my way through from the beginning. I think some podcasts are just a way to get people to work with you 1:1, giving you some information but making you feel like you’re missing out if you don’t work with them. This isn’t the case here. Jenn’s show is full and complete and even though I did choose to work with her and join her community, I’m getting a ton of value from the podcast alone. The podcast also makes me cry every time — a lot of it is the stage I’m at in life, but I know that it’s also because these are such important topics and they’re really resonating with me and opening me up to ideas and concepts that I’ve honestly never encountered anywhere else. I’m so grateful to have found this show and will keep listening and following along on her journey, which is a journey all women will take.

AEGDVM17Practical advice with empathyJenn is easy to listen to and gives well thought out and researched advice. For women in peri-menopause there is confirmation that your symptoms are real and what you can do to minimize them. It’s not about dieting but adding smaller things into your diet and life to help nutrition but not make foods into the bad guy.

MacPacLucySo informative and compassionateI’m a 52-year-old post-menopausal woman and struggle with the bodily changes that come with this season of life. This podcast is super informative and the information is presented in a warm, compassionate way. Highly recommend.

moakley67What’s missing in my mid-life was this podcast! So thankful I found this podcast. Each episode not only validates me, it also lifts me up.
-
R ReeveJust what I neededI’ve been looking for a source that talks about these issues and this podcast is just what I was looking for. Thank you!
-
Scsmiles99So grateful, thank you Magic Mondays!Listened to your guest session on Magic Mondays and it was at exactly the right time. I’m listening from episode 1. You do a wonderful job, bite sized chunks of info that feels so relevant and relatable. Thank you for showing up for us. I feel so alone in this sometimes. I started peri at around 35 and was officially in menopause at 42. Very young and none of my friends are experiencing the same. I’m shocked at how little women discuss this openly. My now deceased Grandmother used to say “Getting old ain’t for wimps!” And I could have never imagined then how right she was!
-
Jrodgers9GratefulI am so relieved to have found this podcast. I have spent a lifetime trying to accept my body and then overnight everything has shifted again. This podcast is so helpful and the episodes are a good reminder that I am not alone, nor am I in as much control of what is happening to my body right now as diet culture would have me believe. Thank you!

VT FamJust what this midlife mom needs! It was as if “midlife” came on overnight. This podcast is helping me cope with being in the messy middle. Dr. Jenn is like a wise friend who comes to the table with empathy and knowledge! I’ve recommended The Midlife Feast to all of my over 40 friends!
-
Dr Maria LuqueInformational and fun to listen toI’ve been following Dr. Huber for a long time on IG and love her positivity, intelligence, and no-nonsense approach. When I heard she was doing a podcast I was very excited and she did not disappoint. Love learning with her.
