JCJ326Takes a while to get to the meatI must be in the minority with my podcast style preferences, because I can’t seem to find a podcast about women’s fitness hosted by women that doesn’t begin with way too much chitchat and overuse of the word “like.” It was over 17 minutes into an episode before useful info was shared. Maybe it’s just me, but I prefer to get to the point. Dudes are good about being straight to the point in their podcasts, but I don’t really want to hear more from dudes. I’ll keep listening. Maybe the one episode I heard was a one off.

LisáPANormal vs commonFeel like this is very important concept. I lived with severe pain every month for over 10 years thinking it was normal. Trip to the ER later found out I had 4 dermoid cysts on my ovaries about 4" each. If I would have said something to my Dr sooner probably could have avoided torsion.

jbenixRefreshing PodcastI love that Jenny is such a real, relatable person who shares her own story to inspire others! Her story is so authentic and inspirational! You can hear Jenny smiling through each episode because she is so passionate about what she speaks on. I would definitely recommend subscribing to this podcast!

kray2525Reverse dietingI would have given this podcast 5 stars if there were more detail. I know this method is relative to an individual, but there wasn’t any examples of what to eat or how much to eat. If someone is normally eating 1200 calories a day, what do they increase it to? 500 more, 1000 more? I’m interesting in trying this concept, but feel I would need a little more guidance.

@4evayoung5914Inspiration Overload!! 💪🏻❤️I am so happy I found “Find your Strong”podcast! I started my fitness journey as a second time new mom. I then all but gave up working out because my daughter was all that mattered for the first two years of her life. I know many can relate to that-losing sight of oneself to care for kids. Anyway, I knew if I was to get back into a routine of working out after taking 2 years off, the goal needed to be BIG! I decided to do my first fitness competition. I tell everyone that the biggest WIN that comes from competition prep is the mental strength and confidence you gain!! It’s truly so incredible!! To me, physical change was just icing on the cake! This podcast is full of strong women sharing their stories of how fitness helped them overcome adversity and I’m here for it!!
