    Must Listen for all HA’ers!
I felt so alone when I was first diagnosed with hypothalamic amenorrhea. NO BODY understood what I was going through or how I needed to heal my body (not even me, TBD). This podcast blends the cold hard science with the warm soft emotional component of HA and will give you support to recover your period.

    Life changing!
I HIGHLY recommend reading Dr. Rinaldi’s book, No Period Now What, in addition to listening to this podcast. Her work is entirely based on research and covers everything you ever need to know about HA. After having HA for more than 15 years, I’ve almost fully recovered in just one month, something I never thought I could do. Listen to this podcast and read her book!! You won’t just get your period back…you will get your LIFE back!

    NOT human givers!
I think this is the best podcast I’ve ever heard. Wow. Talk about a gathering of BRILLIANT women!!! Phenomenal explanation of soooo many experiences in my past. Speechless. “Women are brought up to be human givers not human beings!” 😭😭😭😭😭 Relevant for ALL genders, ages, sizes, and life experiences. I’ve never once ever heard the medical pieces of this discussed. It’s incredible and beautiful and moving and I think you’ll all LOVE it!

    Most Amazing Resource for HA
Dr. Rinaldi and Florence give you everything you need to know to cure HA. After 15 years without a period I didn’t think it’s a possible to get mine back but I did! They touch on every issue that you deal with in HA and they truly pour their heart and soul into this. You won’t regret going all in!

    This helped me so much
Dr Nikola Rinaldi actually took her time to answer my question on her website . I think I got my help from her and her podcast and a book then I got from all of the doctors I visited in the least year . Nobody took me seriously , got misdiagnosed with PSO and put on provera. I hade to fight to get answers.

What happens when you get your period back? But still are living a restricted lifestyle.
I got my period back but I’m still pretty much restricting im not all in and I’m still in a way over execsinf walking for long periods of time. I’ve struggled with anorexia for years and I would love to hear an episode where you can tell us the people that struggle even tho we have a period already. Are we healthy already? Are we free? Or besides the fact that we got our periods back we are still pretty much living in a cage? And not being able to let go of all the food rules the restriction and the fear of letting go with food and our bodies. Thank you I love this podcast

Make the doctors listen to this!
I wish every doctor I’ve ever had could listen to this, since none of them seem to know ANYTHING about HA. If you are also struggling with this condition, check out this podcast so that the EXPERTS can give you the facts! (Plus be sure to get the book ‘No Period, Now What?’)They are also super fun and endearing to listen to. Thanks for producing this show!

    Informative
I loved this podcast/episode, it confirmed that PCOS isn’t my fault, Dr’s don’t quite understand PCOS and how to treat it, etc. Only thing I wish is I felt like there wasn’t a clear answer to start heading into the right direction to heal PCOS. I know everyone is difference, but it didn’t seem like a clear cut on ways to change food or workouts. Like are we suppose to workout and diet? I felt like it was controversial in this episode. However, I did love the other information I received!

    Best way to start 2021
Loved and enjoyed the 2021’s first episode. It has the best advice that you can find on how to start a year with motivation and drive, not a resolution per se. Thanks girls!

This show keeps me going on days I want to quit
These ladies are the friends I need. The friends that I can relate to, and the friends that will give me the cold hard truth that I need to hear.

    What I Needed!
I have found a lot of healing and help from the book, but there is something so powerful and profound listening to the voices of experts dialogue about HA and the recovery process. So grateful for all of your work and being bold enough to share it with the rest of us. Please keep sharing! Can’t wait for the next episode.
