The podcast was much better when Roe was on the bill. Now it’s more like Access Hollywood meets TMZ.

Wondering what Seinfeld did to you 🤔 I am no critic, just know it’s fun.

Richard Roeper is very affable and sharp and consistently delivers entertaining and informative commentary and reviews. I just wish the pod was longer. The latest is 24 min. What is the point of that? Most pods run close to an hour or longer, wish he could actually satisfy a commute with these but happy he does them. Really like when he delivers Ebert stories of working together, would like to hear more of those. The theme episodes are good too. Again, just too darn short though.

The problem with Roe and Roeper was that both of them are entertaining talkers used to the center stage. In the context of movies, because the expertise weighed so heavily with Richard, Roe was forced into almost an interviewer role. Although there isn’t quite as much spark now, the show is actually easier and more pleasant to listen to.

Miss you roeper ! Glad to hear you again ! Haven’t heard anything from ever and roeper days ! God I miss those days ! Siskel & ebert and now you to carry their legacy ! Glad you’re still around and glad I found you.

THIS! THIS is the podcast I’ve been waiting for! A funny intelligent discussion of all things movie and even TV. I’d love to also have one that’s a debate/review of movies like the Ebert/Roeper show. Miss that!

I think I would listen to Roe and Roper read grocery ads. They are always the right mix of humor, sarcasm, seriousness, knowledge.

I’ve missed his commentary and wit. I wish I would have known about it sooner.

Roe and Roeper were the best radio broadcasters in Chicago! I’m so happy to be able to listen to them again. I love their honest opinions about all things media, even when I think they’re wrong. They were off the air, I think, during most of the election and insurrection; I was missing their input on those events. They really look at our culture from unique perspectives. I know this is not a political podcast, but focused more on entertainment. I’ll know what to watch each week! Welcome back!

Finally a show that doesn’t take itself too seriously, yet has the appropriate amount of culture and knowledge with each episode. I do miss hearing them on the radio but like everything else the medium has changed.

Love hearing Roe & Roeper together again. A Suggestion though- please increase the time by another hour and half! We need more! Also bring back the Canarble Wagon and how about some interviews with newsmakers and various experts in entertainment, politics, etc.

I have been listening and a fan of Roe Conn for 35 years so glad to find him and listen again. He’s the best can’t understand why radio keeps losing him. He is so knowledgeable and says things so you understand completely.

Use to love listening to you guys on wgn. Have been looking for something to listen to since then. Could not agree more that your podcasts need to be daily and longer to fill my commute home each day.

I was an avid listener of the “Roe & Roeper” show on WLS Radio for years, so it’s great to hear the two them converse yet again. I’m also glad that they can have an extended conversation about movies, pop culture, and other topics without having to break for Kars-4-Kids commercials every 10 minutes. ;) The show still has the great energy, timing, and thought-provoking commentary that I remember. So, fire up the podcast app and pour yourself a canarble of choice, because it’s Screen Time!

Their first show has me wanting to watch the new movie “Trial of the Chicago 7”. Roeper brings his knowledge of movies to the show with great visualls-except, it’s a podcast and only audio. Their story telling makes it easy to form a great video in my mind. They seem to compliment each other to make the time pass too quickly. I wanted a more.
