jad1345New formatUsed to love this podcast when she answered viewers questions. The new format of the podcast with the interviews just doesn’t do it for me. This used to be the highlight of my week. Disappointing.

TheRusticRebelFun, informative, realize I’m not the only oneI have binged all the shows and eagerly await every Thursday when the new episodes are released. Katie does an amazing job of explaining the hows and whys of things people experience without ever making anyone feel stupid for asking. I have learned so much from her, and a lot about myself too.

InspectorTwelveAds are out of controlGreat content, but had to stop listening. 3 ads in 5 minutes, each one in the middle of a sentence. (And this was before I gave up. Could be more.) Whatever technology is behind this needs to be returned for store credit. Might try again in a month or two.

GjeanbabKati brings her best selfKati Morton is a qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and her education + clinical experience are clearly evident. I’m a master’s level social worker and I learn new things about mental health from this podcast almost every week. Kati uses her clinical judgment to answer listener questions and she never fails to provide an answer of some kind. 5 Stars to Kati Morton’s highly educational podcast!

whomeveritconcernsGreat Podcast!Knowledge is power. I love to great credible knowledge from a licensed therapist.
-
B. BirdellI like the simplicityI like no guests (though I know it's a goal) and just listening to her talk and answer questions.
-
lucyebookreaderWhat a great find.I love listening to Kati on WMMA. Decided to check her pod out and I like it. I love learning all about psychology. It’s an easier way to digest the information than by reading about it.

laurliuzzSo helpful! Suggestion.. time stamps in description?Firstly, thank you! I have found this podcast extremely helpful. I feel like since covid sent my depression and anxiety on fire I haven’t been able to get my emotional state back to normal. I’ve had depression and anxiety since adolescence and have managed with therapy and medication, but since our world has gone crazy and seems to be continuing to lose its mind, I’ve had trouble getting. Back to my baseline. I’ve been in therapy and have tried changing my meds but am still struggling. I find listening to this pod super helpful and encouraging. I do have a suggestion/ request.. it would be amazing if you could put time stamps next to the questions your addressing in the descriptions. As a busy mom sometimes I don’t have time to listen to the entire pod and just listen to certain questions I find pertinent. Time stamps would be SUPER helpful :)

lizprosI almost cried feeling like I was understood for the first timeI have been seeing therapists for so long, trying to tackle my avoidance anxiety with schoolwork. From just CBT to RO-DBT. It has led me to failing college courses and seeking medical withdrawals. I have trauma around school but never felt truly heard. The advice was some I’ve never heard. If I weren’t on zoloft, I definitely would’ve cried. Thank you for offering this for free. I’m definitely going to support and listen to more episodes. I’ve seen your helpful videos on tiktok but had no idea you had a podcast. Honestly, I’m so glad because tiktok is a terrible place for those of us struggling with avoidance. It’s addictive and makes me feel so awful. Thank you Kati. I hope you continue to go far.

j_na_niiBeneficial to my mental healthAfter listening to a few episodes, I learned a couple of coping skills that I’ve been applying to my life which honestly helped my mental health and I also learned other things about mental health like HSP’s, therapy, and even some about Kati herself😊 Also I’m not much of a person who listens to podcasts until this podcast so now I’ve been getting into other podcasts thanks to This :) this podcast is definitely worth listening to❤️

Brandi DunnWonderful! This podcast has been so helpful (and soothing - Kati, you have such a calming voice). I have learned so much and find myself coming back to listen to episodes for questions or topics that were previously discussed when I encounter something similar. I’ve ordered your books and can’t wait to see what else you do in the future. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up. Thank you!

PsychJunkieKristenIncredible ResourceKati is such a bright light for so many of us! It can be so hard to find reliable, helpful resources for mental health especially if you don’t know where to look. When she’s not explaining a topic or “therapy term” she’s pointing us in a direction we can go to get the help we need on our own. Kati has taught me so many things that have deepened and enriched my experience even in therapy with my own therapist. Just watching her videos or listening to her podcasts puts me in the same safe mindset as I get from my therapist when she “holds the space” for me. Words cannot describe how grateful I am that she provides us all with much needed help we might not otherwise receive!
-
KayClameThis Podcast is Dabomb.comKatis voice is so soothing and easy to listen to. I'm so glad I came across her videos on Facebook. There's so many questions that's she's answered that I didn't even know I needed answered until I heard the question. If that makes sense. Lol.

Esau13I wish Kati was my therapist!I’ve been struggling with what I assume is undiagnosed depression. In my search for help I discovered this podcast. It didn’t take long for me to really get into the podcast and subscribed to her YouTube channel. I thought it would be hard to find topics related to my own mental health issues but Kati has a video for everything. I even went so far as to buy her book “Are U Ok” off Amazon and I finished it the day I bought it. I’ve learned a lot just from this podcast since subscribing. Unfortunately I have not been able to find a therapist for myself and I’m still struggling with my own problems. Until I’m able to find/afford a therapist Kati is the next best thing! Thank You for all you do Kati it is very much appreciated!
-
Jay.emJaySo very thankful!Stumbling across Kati’s channel was the best thing that I could have ever stumbled upon. After countless searches for a specific topic I wanted to know more about, Kati’s channel provided me with not just 1, but about 10 videos regarding that one topic. Since then, I have not stopped watching the rest of her videos. If there is a topic you are wanting more information about, most likely Kati has covered it! If not, there is no doubt she wouldn’t consider it.
-
Vince RemaxVery helpful!I love her ability to tackle such a broad range of questions with wisdom and empathy.

GraceLHoward17Highlight of the week!!!!I have followed Kati for a few years on YouTube, and I missed her Kati FAQs. This is a million times better! Ten community questions answered and explained accurately, understandably, and non-judgmentally each week. I definitely recommend listening if you have an interest in mental health!! Thank you Kati!!!!!
-
Nora ReneeIncredibleIt’s hard to find the words to describe the impact this show has had on my life. Kati speaks about mental health topics in the most non-judgmental insightful way. Not only is this a great tool to help me learn more about myself, but she gives amazing, applicable advice for every day situations. She also just has the most comforting therapist voice in the whole world!
-

litloungeGreat contentThere’s an episode for everyone and it’s a great supplement and reinforcement of things you may be learning in a therapeutic setting. You may not be able to relate to the person submitting the issue, but you can relate the answers to something you may be experiencing.

Hahahahah wordsKati is the bestI LOVE Kati Morton, I love her YouTube & her podcasts, all of her content is amazing and so so helpful. If you are struggling with any mental health issues/therapy issues or you’re just curious about therapy & psychology listen to this podcast & checkout her YouTube!! She does a lot of her content without getting paid (because of the content she talks about being ~sensitive~ and not being monetized which is ridiculous) and helps people so much!
-
MargueriteMegKatie is your friendI love Katie’s show. She helps understand emotions, teaches about coping skills and entertains with witty and funny stories. She’s a friend.

hollyh26Kati is premium content 👌🏻I love Kati and this podcast so much. It’s unbelievably helpful and calms my nerves when I’m at work. It’s also nice hearing her reinforce a lot of what my own therapist tells me. I wish I could listen to her other podcast with her husband, but I can’t handle the burping sounds and that makes me sad. I’m sure the content is wonderful, but I just can’t get past it. Hoping they rethink that aspect for listeners with misophonia. Thankfully I still have AKA.

iPodRetardAbsolutely Amazing!New favorite YouTuber and podcaster! So informative, smart, gentle, caring, everything! She makes you feel like she’s talking directly to you. (^з^)-☆(*≧ω≦):3Throughout the years, Kati has built an amazing community through YouTube. She has been one of the few people who set out to break the stigma around mental health. Her content has helped many feel a sense of belonging in the world. It has shown people that they are not alone in their struggles. I was not surprised when she started this podcast, after all, she loves helping others. As I started watching and listening to this podcast, I realized that Kati has brought mental health content to a whole other level! Instead of just talking about the broad scope of mental health issues, she has zoomed in and answered questions about life you wouldn’t get answers to anywhere else. This podcast has brought us all together, it gives a sense of hope and belonging that there are other people like you. It is an incredibly healing and awesome experience. Kati is incredible, and she reflects upon life in a very special way. This. Is. Amazing.
-

Skdkdnjwkakcnekskcnejdeserves all the stars <3Kati’s honest and kind personality makes this podcast one of the best out there. It’s so awesome to listen to what people have questions about & having someone so intelligent answer them! RobsjayWonderfully helpful PodcastI’ve been watching Kati Morton YouTube videos for years. I had always hoped that she would expand her platform by starting a Podcast and low and behold now she has one. They are just as great and as insightful as her videos. You can tell her work comes from a place of true compassion and wanting to help. Kati is wonderful and I am sure anyone can benefit from listening to her Podcasts. If you are just discovering her Podcasts, I would check out her YouTube Videos too if you haven’t already. :)
