This has been my favorite podcast for a few years, so shame on me for taking so long to write a review. I started listening by way of several funny Star Wars memes posted to their IG account that then made their way to my social media feed. It wasn’t until several months of listening in that I realized the hosts are literal rock stars! The hosts are smart, funny, and engaging, and each episode strikes the perfect balance of structure and spontaneity. They represent the very best of the Star Wars fandom, bringing positivity and a wealth of knowledge to their content.

Great show. But c’mon. Ryan. Let’s go. You have one kid; I got four. I miss hearing your voice. Let f’n GO!!!!!

These guys do a fantastic job of talking about Star Wars in a welcoming and positive way. Whether you’re a hardcore fan or a newer fan, you’ll finish each episode learning something new. Highly recommend!

I’ve tuned in after watching each episode of Mandalorian and Book of Boba Fett, and listening them them discuss the episodes really makes me appreciate the series even more. They go in depth on small things and it really helps to fill in the gaps for things that are often overlooked, yet really important. Highly recommend!

Use to be a decent podcast, their politics shine through too much and their attempts at patronage is overbearing! Which is an issue with most other podcasts, but some hide it better than others. These guys do not. Do the podcast because you love it, not because you want paid from it or making an attempt to offset your income from it. Also hearing them bash a negative review was disappointing. Take these reviews as constructive criticism not as an opportunity to be bashed and the turn around and belittle the review / reviewer. Would hate to hear what they might say about this one.

These guys definitely bring a different perspective on the whole Star Wars universe. Being a product of 1979 myself, I can definitely relate to this group. Super fun and informative SW podcast.

I have a theory that bad batch settle down in that desert planet that the rebels from start wars rebels find Rex and episode one with young kanan and episodes 11 and 12 with young Hera and Chopper

Adam, Ryan, and Nick, thank you. As a huge Star Wars fan, and of their bands this podcast is great. It’s funny and informative and positive and just makes you feel good while listening to it. If you are any bit of a fan of SW I highly recommend this podcast.

I've tried many Star Wars podcasts out there, and this one is by far my favorite. The hosts are super knowledgeable and fun to listen to. Doesn't hurt that they are from 3 of my favorite bands. I look forward to this one every week!

Finally the Top Gun Podcast I’ve been waiting for!

This podcast is great - if you're looking for all topics around Star Wars by 3 hosts who love the saga, as well as do their homework and feature guests that make the fandom even better - this is the show for you. 10/10 would collaborate with.

I love this podcast so much. There has been so much negativity in the fanbase for Star Wars that has made so many people like myself feel dumb for loving certain parts. Hearing Adam, Ryan, and Nick, three musicians I admire talk about now much they love something that I love gave me the courage to voice my passions and also gave me reasons to like the parts that I struggle to enjoy. I recommend this pose cast to everyone I know.

Listened all the way until #64 and that’ll be the last one. Too much politics. Already had a few friends stop listening a couple months ago but I soldiered on until now, but finally it’s too much for me. If you like that sort of thing dominating the podcast, by all means give it a listen!

I am learning so much every podcast! I used to watch Star Wars for the entertainment value but it always had a deeper place in my heart. This podcast is entertaining and with the organized segments you can really tell Adam, Ryan and Nick work hard to deliver. Their conversations are engaging and thought provoking!!!

Adam, Ryan, & Nick are all incredibly passionate & knowledgeable Star Wars fans who turn it up to 11 and bring it every single week. Each episode features some great discussion amongst the guys. Whether discussing brand new content like the Mandalorian or Disney Gallery, or going through rewatches of the films themselves or the Clone Wars seasons, every episode has been informative & a whole lot of fun. Some personal favorites include chats with the incredible Ashley Eckstein & James Arnold Taylor, to not only learn about their experiences working in a galaxy far, far away - but also learning about their past experiences and how George’s films shaped them into who they are. Episodes with fellow music industry vets are also great, showing just how wide of a net Star Wars casts. One thing is certain - this IS the Star Wars podcast you’re looking for!

The hosts have just enough excitement without being annoying at all which is tough to come by in the Star Wars fandom. Their attention to detail brings even more depth to the films and now series. The Force is with them for sure.

I have found my nerds that will go crazily in-depth into Star Wars till your hearts content. Three charismatic hosts delve deep into the lore and behind the scenes of Star Wars that is hard to find within a podcast. I had expected to hear more of the same praising of the franchise as any other fan does, but Adam, Nick, and Ryan brought another level of depth that entertains/informs yet at the same time revives everyones original love for SW. A wonderful community that I am so happy to be a part of.

Thank The Maker has renewed my love of Star Wars in such a way that I haven’t felt since before the dark times... before the Empire. Perhaps I’m biased bc I’m a YC fan, but I highly recommend it. Just a couple of laid back dudes sharing their love and passion for the universe, so you never feel dumb or belittled for whatever spectrum of SW knowledge you have.

As a fan of pop punk and alt rock and Star Wars, this podcast feels like it was made for me. I grew up listening to Yellowcard and grew up watching Star Wars. The Star Wars community can be full of nasty opinions and unneeded criticism. However, Adam, Ryan, and Nick give a refreshing and overwhelmingly positive take on pretty much all subject areas. And why not? If you’re listening to this pod it’s because you live and die Star Wars. So why not be optimistic about something we care so much about? I’m glad to have something in my life where I feel so connected to people I’ve never met because of a mythological world in a galaxy far far away.

Not being an insane Star Wars fan...listening to these two guys talk about it got me interested to dive further into the Star Wars universe. Extremely informative and entertaining. Ryan and Adam really put something great together here! I have always been a huge Star Wars and Yellowcard Fan, having these two things together in one package couldn’t make me any happier! Ryan and Adam really dive deep into the Star Wars Lore and so far their reviews on the Force Awakens and The Last Jedi were absolutely amazing and eye opening. I struggled with THe Last Jedi but I have to admit, they kind of shined a new light on it for me. Just two dude (sometimes guests) loving Star Wars as much as me, hoping this continues for many years! Cheers brothers!
