    Thank you 🙏🏻
It’s as if she’s telling my story, verbatim. Took my breath away. As a coach (and a scientist), I love the neuroscience approach. Dr. Amen is amazing for sharing this wisdom, and it is no doubt saving many people’s lives ~including my own. Thank you for helping me to (finally) feel seen and understood.

    Thank You!
The June 20th episode was life-changing! The 3 questions you encouraged us to ask ourselves opened my eyes and allowed me to finally understand and validate my gut feelings about a toxic relationship. Thank you so much!

    Incredibly informative
I find myself rewinding and relistening often. Every episode is so jam-packed with valuable information it’s difficult to catch all of it. I don’t want to miss a second. I see myself in most of these episodes and I’m hopeful that I can get through this because of the information shared.

    Game Changer!
Dr Amen Kaur’s podcast has been such a gift to my healing. I’ve been in therapy for years, which has helped. Still, recovering from narcissistic abuse goes deep and Amen has helped me peel off layers and go deeper with healing my inner child. She has created an amazing program and is an inspiration to all who work with her. 🫶🏼

    Free Therapy
This podcast is so helpful and is literally free therapy. I feel like she is in my head and understands what is actually going on in my head. The trauma bond is real and the damage from a toxic, narcissistic relationship is so confusing. But when I listen to these episodes, I feel less crazy. I take what she says and really try to apply it or journal it and see how it applies to me. I know I’m listening to someone who has also had these same struggles because it’s so spot on. Thank you for a wonderful and truly helpful podcast!

    A podcast for healing.
There are a lot of great podcasts, books, and videos that educate and validate those trying to make sense of toxic behavior in their lives. What I find so helpful with this podcast is that it has such a healthy blend of providing validation and education, but then shifting the majority of its focus on healing and getting on the path to thriving. Dr. Kaur offers clear messages in each podcast, delivered with an empathetic voice that I find very motivating. It’s perfect to help people struggling to leave the past behind and focus on healing and thriving.

I found Dr Amen Kaur's podcast when i needed it the most. Feeling stuck, questioning my sanity. I finally received validation that Im not crazy and all that I am experiencing actually is very real. Once discovered I listened to as many episodes every chance I could get, and can honestly say it accelerated my healing process. I was grateful to have had a clarity session with Dr Amen Kaur where she literally hit the nail on the head in an hour long session. I truly felt enlightened after speaking with her and so hopeful I can and I will heal from this. Support at last!
Listening to these podcast has allowed me to see why years of private therapy have not worked. I’ve seen well meaning therapist that simply did not understand narcissistic behavior. Listening to these podcast has given me a deeper understanding and allowed me to feel hopeful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
