Bobby is the real deal! His episodes are packed full of real-world actionable content, but distilled in a way that makes it digestible for anyone. Whether you’re en entrepreneur, a parent, a sibling, a friend, or anyone else, this show needs to be on your rotation! I’d start out with Ep 237 “emotional traps to avoid as the designer of your life”, that one was eye opening for me!

I love this podcast. We only have so many energy coins to spend each day. I’m interested in spending my days being more productive and spending them with purpose and having fun. I’m inspired by what I’m hearing.

I have never written a review for a podcast before, but I LOVE THIS PODCAST. One thing that stands out about this podcast that I have not seen in other podcasts (and I listen to many) is that the bearded man not only gives great advice, but he inspires and motivates his listeners to believe in themselves and helps the listeners realize that they already have the potential in them.

Bobby earned my respect by showing the behind the scenes of building his podcast. He used to drive Uber and he would flex it so hard on Instagram it was amazing. I was building a freelance business at the time, and was so scared of showing people the hustle. I felt I had to fake it til I made it. Bobby taught me to document it til I make it. To fall in love with the work, regardless of current status, and then the success will come. Love this guy to death

Success is found everywhere, but the process isn’t always talked about. Something I love about It’s The Bearded Man: he brings his listeners through the story leading to success and will discuss the process. This method allows everyone to learn something from his podcasts. Furthermore, he is engaging and authentic. I highly recommend this podcast!

I have been rocking with Bobby for almost the last two years since he was firing off Purpose in The Youth episodes. That show was what got me hooked with podcasts. Since then, it has been awesome to see Bobby’s growth in podcast production, his variety of guests, and the topics he covers. The lessons that I have learned through this podcast has helped changed my life for the better. Whether it’s adjusting how I wake up, how open I am to certain people, what I eat, self motivation, literally anything... Bobby and the guests he have had on have provided some UNREAL insight that can help anyone. I highly suggest checking this show out! Also, a fellow Massachusetts guy so that’s an automatic 5 stars!

The one, the only, BOBBAYYYY! Been listening to his podcasts from when he was doing his Purpose In The Youth pods and he’s just got what it takes to have an awesome show. He makes sure to bring the energy and the Inspiration every ep while pushing for himself and everybody listening to always try and get just little bit better everyday. He gives a mix of a look into his life, goals, and what he’s working on while also having on awesome, diamond in the rough type guests that you may not have heard on other pods yet, but are sure to pop off soon enough. Easy 5/5 stars, get on the bearded man bandwagon now.

I’ve been keeping up with him since early Purpose in the Youth days, and I can clearly say that there’s no one else in the podcasting game that is a perfect blend of authentic hustle and energy.
