Trebor_RetracDoes Starfleet really drink this much?I like the show and the production is really good. But in every scene it seems like someone is drinking.

Nate512So far so goodOnly a couple of episodes into this podcast but I love it. The characters are coming along well and the plot, while in some ways standard for Star Trek, is different in terms of the three main groups, Federation, Klingon, and Romulan coming together. I like the use of one of my favorite starship classes, the Defiant Class. Keep up the good work!

Aurora_Revolution2.0A Truly Entertaining Ride! One of the funnest, and most solidly written Trek podcasts out there! The varied personalities of the crew (esp love Sh’vari and Lt. Max!), the intriguing plots, the dual action between ship and station reminiscent of DS9, the surprising twists all contribute to a really enjoyable listening experience. If you’re hankering for classic DS9/TNG era Trek, this show’s got you covered.

SalamangkiroGive this gem a try!If you’re looking for your next radio drama fix give this podcast a try! Great voice cast, and though the first couple episodes are just the filler to get to know the characters, there is a lot of potential to see-erm hear-what will happen in this series. And if you’re a Star Trek fan this is an instant win! Can already tell this series will produce the same vibe as other Star Trek radio dramas such as Outpost. Happy listening!

anonymous happy app userWell produced!I'm hooked! An intriguing plotline... I like that there's more daily life conversations than in the usual Star Trek story. It's nice getting to know all the characters. You can tell a lot of effort has been put into the writing, casting and sound production. Can't wait for the next episode!!

Says EllenFun stuffCan’t wait for the next episode! Thanks for your hard work. Voice actors and sound effects are good!

pixlecat19ExcellentReally enjoy this show. Great performances, character development, storylines & music. A definite must for any fan of this universe or otherwise. The reference to “Firefly” was a nice touch as well. Can’t wait for more as they left us with a cliffhanger.

chaner jamesFantastic show!!This is great!! It’s original work! I love how it takes places after the dominion war. They use a defiant class ship and the entire crew has great chemistry. I really want to hear the next episode asap. Lol Wish this show a great deal of success!!! I love the firefly reference!!!!!

Aeryn55To boldly go againThis is very good audio drama following in the paths of Starship Excelsior and Star Trek Outpost. The characters are intesting, the trek lore is there and I'm ready to come on board for a ride to the stars. Star Trek lives!

RedKnight277Has potential but the nepotism theme hurts itThere is a lot of potential here - the premise is good, the story is decent, the setting is Star Trek, and the actual sound engineering is high quality. But the characters are really hard to like. The nepotism between the captain and his chief engineer is awful and yet we have it pushed upon us as a kind of quaint, but workable situation where both are brilliant and others just have to tolerate it because of that. Listening to the chief engineer continuously act in really unprofessional ways and the captain just caving in and letting him do it to him and the other crew members is jaw clenchingly irritating. There is no way that the two of them could have gotten this far with this kind of dysfunctional relationship without Star Fleet flagging it (yes, I know it’s a fictional organization, but they are supposed to be at least semi competent in the canon). It might be possible to pass this off as “complicated, deep characters” - fine, but show also pushes us constantly to see and applaud then acting in brilliant ways and to see their buddy-buddy above all rules and professional norms as fun but harmless. It isn’t. There are some other weak characters too (why is the borg character made to act and sound like a Vulcan?) but the captain and his chief engineer are the real tooth ache in the show. Fix that, and you’ve got a decent Star Trek fan fiction piece. Leave it in place and it’s going to keep hobbling along, crippled but not killed by a unnecessary drag.

GrfgiinhyyuiIt’s smart.I didn’t expect it to be smart. But the pieces are all there: Tight writing, interesting characters, and an overarching conflict that develops and enriches every aspect of the story. I’m very interested to see where this series goes.
