AbcuyjhbiuguyvyfctrxgPerfect for book loversI love this podcast! Jennifer does a fabulous job chatting about books. I especially appreciate how she mentions different genres because she reads widely. There is no literary snobbery here. Episodes are a great length also. Highly recommended for readers!

mslandersIf you don’t know what to read next, listen to this informative and thoughtful podcastI am so happy to have found out about this podcast! It is during the time of quarantine where I have been devouring books and I no longer have to do all the research to figure out what to read next. Jennifer does an excellent job of informing the listener about the book without being revealing. She has piqued my interest on several books and her breadth is impressive, typically covering 5 books per podcast. I also love her literary happenings as it is a helpful way to stay informed of what is going on in the world outside of my four walls.

Michelle BernsteinInformative, We--Organized Book PodcastAs an adult who recently became visually impaired, I have become increasingly reliant upon podcasts to learn about new titles and backlist books. I am impressed at how well-organized these episodes are. They always include a segment on interesting news in the book world and then Jennifer talks about several books, often new releases. She introduces listeners to each book in sufficient detail without giving away the entire plot. She also ahares her opinion about each title, which is helpful. I have learned about a few new releases that I may select for a book group that I co-moderate. There is a decidedly California flavor to her speech which is enjoyable to listen to. Not being acquainted with raising chickens, I am a little puzzled by this practice but it is interesting. I also appreciate the concise length of each episode, lasting maybe 20 minutes or so. Give it a try. Thanks, Michelle
