HannahRathbunThis podcast makes this major lifestyle change bearable!I am 24 year old who was diagnosed with celiac disease about 4 months ago. When I heard that I had celiac disease I panicked. Where to start, what to do, and what life would be like were all questions I had. It wasn’t until 3 months into going GF, that I found Coral and she answered all of those questions plus many more! Coral is so positive, encouraging and makes this auto immune disease and lifestyle change bearable. I am forever thankful for her wisdom and dedication she gives to the gluten free community!

aehrgfHelpful & empoweringWhen I was diagnosed with celiac disease over a year ago, I quickly discovered “a strict gluten-free diet” was a lot more complicated than avoiding the obvious wheat products. I was overwhelmed. I was sick. I was discouraged and confused. Finding this podcast saved me! I binged listened to every episode. Coral’s empathy, encouragement, and insider tips helped me through the emotions and logistics of understanding and embracing my new diagnosis and gluten-free life. Her kindness and positivity permeate every episode!

Shay0807Positive encouragement that you CAN do thisMy 4.5 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease very unexpectedly and needless to say turned our world upside down. As I began to look for resources to learn from I often felt so judged and guilty that I didn’t already know it all. Finding Coral’s podcast and social media platforms changed that for me. She is relatable, she is compassionate, she is not judgmental, she is REAL! I feel so empowered learning from her and cannot wait to continue to walk this journey with her as a resource, she truly feels like a friend you can turn to for reassurance.

MdialLife Changing PodcastLiterally teared up after listening... I finally feel like someone understands the years and years of health issues that I’ve had. My whole life I’ve been sick and gone through so many doctors and was misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia at 14... This was almost 6 years ago, and I was recently diagnosed with celiac at 19 (almost 20!) and now I’m so relieved that I can ACTUALLY control my health and happiness and I’m so glad that there are people like Coral who can help... Thank god for this podcast!!! Please never stop, so many people need this, more than you know about... 💖 *hugs* — mac!

Your podcast has help me deal with all the emotional parts of this issue that I couldn’t even put together. I listened to all the videos in one day lol Thanks so much and I can’t wait to hear the next one 💖💖

Carolina Beach R and RSlow downI really want to hear what you’re saying I think it would be fascinating but I’m distracted it sounds like you’ve recorded yourself and fast forwarding the whole time speed talking I’m not sure if you’re in a rush or if you normally talk that way some parts normal speed and then some is so fast it sounds like a record being fast forwarded. I think you have a lot of information to give I hope this helps would love to hear more episodes but I can’t keep my ears tuned in 100 miles an hour.

LMTgolfEmpowering podcast for gluten free livingI was diagnosed with celiac 2 months ago and it was actually a blessing because of all of the pain physically and mentally that I was going through. Then I started to physically feel better but I was getting very stressed and afraid of how hard it will be for me to live this gluten free life but especially for these next three years competing on a top ranked collegiate golf team. But once I found this podcast it has lifted my spirit and has given me so many tips already and I feel like I have all the tools necessary to tackle this upcoming school year but especially the rest of my life! Thanks Coral!

Carla CravensNutritionist are importantI love this podcast thank you for making such a dark place seem brighter for people struggling with celiac. It’s amazing to see how you have taken a bad situation and using your talents and creativity to help others! I do have one thing to bring up that was a bit of a negative thing to listen to wand you but Aaron the dietitian that you had on your podcast. For the first bit she explained what a she is and how “anyone can be a nutritionist” . This was a very low blow and unprofessional to run down those who are also in the same scope of work as her just like each individuals health so are the people in the health and wellness industry we all have different backgrounds and education and it might not work the same for everyone however if your passion is to help others you find the tools and time to help you best suit your clients. I myself was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 8 years ago and had to take my health into my own hands when dietitians doctors and nutritionist couldn’t help me. Once I learned to listen to my body and find what works I found happiness because of this I enrolled in the largest Integrated Health Institute school on the world. I will get my certification to be a health coach half way through the program and have clients. Being trained by the leaders in the health industry including Dr. Oz along with coaching tools that better help me to understand the psychology behind food and individual needs of clients. As mention have real clients because I’ve worked my butt off practicing on others and digging deep to find solutions but most of all being a beacon of light and love to help others get better. I’m not a doctor and don’t claim to but I work in conjunction with healthcare professionals to find the best solution for my clients to feel their best. I would never run down anyone else because of there “certification” or lack there of because it’s disrespectful we are all amazing. It’s people like her that are the reason for confused clients and why I do this because I truly want to help others because I have been in there shoes and know what it’s like so my relation and ability to have them trust me and help them is what will save lives certification or not. However I am going to get my masters in Psychology in a few years. My background is project management and I have my BA in fine arts for I’m smart too:)

ISUKCKTPioneer Woman of CDMy daughter was diagnosed 5 years ago (newly age 4) so I know a lot of this info, but it’s a great tool for new diagnosees. I’ve been sharing this on my social media platforms to educate others as that is key with this disease - EDUCATE! The more we do that, the closer we’ll get to a cure and understanding! It’s not a fad, but a lifestyle. Keep it up Coral. Great job

eerin27So helpful for newly diagnosed celiacs!I was diagnosed with celiac disease a year and a half ago and remember how clueless I felt. lomiepieLove Serving Celiacs!!If you’re someone who’s been a celiac for a short, or long time, this is the place for you! I was diagnosed with Celiac a little over 10 years ago, when there was still very little common awareness about Celiac Disease and people with severe gluten issues... I’ve navigated this road for quite a while, but every day, Coral through her social media outlets, teach me things I didn’t know and provide new information, and new ways of helping others know about my condition! Thank you so much for listening to your calling, and putting something so wonderful out there for all of us! 💗

-
BNeal637Thank you! This is amazing and super helpful. I first found you on Instagram after looking for resources after my diagnosis. I was diagnosed with Celiac by one doctor and another told me I just need to watch the gluten (which meant of course I kept eating it most of the time) and was very confused. My last bout of sickness (in which I found your tips for what to do if you’ve been “glutened” super helpful) has caused me to really make a serious effort to go gluten free. I feel like my young son has it as well and has benefited from changes in our diet already—he’s 7. While I have a long way to go avoiding cross contamination at home (my husband did not love my first try at gluten free pancakes 🤣), I am proud to be starting somewhere. This podcast and all your other resources have been super helpful. I look forward to learning more.
