Audrey/PatrickShe RecoversI found she recovers two years ago, and have been seeking its guidance since then. It’s amazing how awesome I feel after I listen to a podcast, I definitely know that I’m not alone in my journey.

kelbellabamEpisode 3I just began this journey of recovery (47 days) This is my first review ever and I am doing so because this episode was so meaningful. I struggle with feelings of unworthiness, social anxiety, low confidence stemming from childhood bullying and two unstable parents… which of course led me down the road to having issues with addiction, mainly alcohol. I hope there is more posted on this issue/finding your voice and healing the throat chakra. I have suffered from feeling afraid of my voice since childhood and I know that I will have to work on it. Thank you so much for having the courage to talk about it. Very inspiring 💚

SherirobinhoodWomen for WomenI’m a member of the She Recovers Together Group on Facebook and attend the zoom gatherings. If you have had any trauma or disordered eating, drinking, smoking, pills, etc.. some people are in recovery for “a multitude of things”. This is the place for you to find support from women or persons identifying as female for women or persons identifying as female. I love this group and the podcasts are a great tool for the toolbox to be a healthier and happier you.

Timliz11Very little shared and terrible audioAn important topic, but I kept waiting for substance in this conversation, it never came. Also, the audio was terrible—was the author wearing bracelets while talking with her hands?

66shelbellLoveI truly truly love listening to these women talk about recovery healing and coming together to raise one another up. The episode I just completed on current events in relation to George Floyd was so so inspiring and I’m so grateful people are coming together and seeing where they need to grow. Thank you

Texas-NYC GirlYou lost meThe comment that you announced you were recovering from the election (instead of alcohol)lost me. Please remember half the audience listening voted differently than you did. One year sober and very grateful for the plethora of recovery podcasts available to me. I certainly wish you the best.

Joëlle RSo Grateful for your work!Thank you Taryn for your podcast on ayawaska. My sobriety date is July 10th 2019 and Mother ayawaska saved my life, though it took me a bit to catch up to the lessons I learned from that journey. I love that now I’m fully in my recovery, ayawaska is always there and still teaching me lessons. I had my ceremony in Peru in January 2019 and it helped me remember who I actually was, without the trauma, addiction, and anger. There is still lots of work to be done outside of that space but it helped me finally get to a space where I allowed myself to be involved. I also love the personal patchwork of recovery. I feel that has also helped me find my true self again. Thank you for your amazing work and strong voice!!! I’m excited to find this group and can’t wait to see where it all goes!
