    Always 5 Stars!
    I have been listening to these podcasts with Deanna & Tony for a little over 2 years. Every one is 5 stars! The more I listened, the more they resonated with me. It got to the point where almost every episode seemed like they were talking about my life! After about a year, I decided to join Built Daily Elite, and that was the best decision I could have made. I feel that my ideal body journey will be a long one, however with the support from Deanna, Tony, and other members I no longer feel defeated. I’m happy to be off of the diet roller coaster that has been my life for 50 years. I believe that Deanna & Tony are “life coaches” because of the Ideal Body concept. They help you take a deep dive into the inner you and help you deal with your own personal struggles in a healthy way, to achieve your ideal body. If you are ready to get off the binge/restrict diet roller coaster, listen to Deanna & Tony and stop listening to the diet culture lies!

    Tony and Deanna are a breath of fresh air. Their philosophy is down to earth, works in the real world, and will get you off the crazy diet roller coaster you have been riding most of your life. They are honest, vulnerable, and super funny! I love their dynamic together. Take a listen. You won’t regret it!

    This isn’t a podcast on how to lose weight, although it helps me with that goal. This is a podcast on how to gain mental strength to build lasting momentum on my journey to health. I needed to hear Tony & Deanna’s advice my whole life. Thank goodness they made this podcast!

    The only fitness & nutrition podcast I listen to anymore
    First off, the title is not a joke. After I started listening to this podcast, I stopped listening to every other fitness & nutrition podcast in my subscription list. This podcast is chock full of relatable information that you can apply immediately. You don't need equipment, apps, software, or anything but a desire to get off the merry-go-round of binge/restrict cycles, self-loathing, and judginess that is diet culture. Their definition of the ideal body is brilliant and you can start applying the principles today. The two hosts feel like your friends in no time at all. They're personable, likable, and upfront with their own struggles and wins. I relate most to Tony’s eating history and personality, but to Deanna as a woman. Both of them are aces. They remind us by example that health and wellness are an ongoing process, not an outcome, that setbacks are a normal part of life, and that consistency counts more than you think. Did I mention the wordsmithery? These two are hilarious and their banter will ameliorate, not exacerbate, your commute, should you listen to them in the car as I do. Almost every episode gives me some new insight (or epiphany, as Deanna would say) and something to chew on while I drive. Lastly, I've become an avid fan of Yasso bars, which I heard about here, and hope that the folks over at Yasso are paying attention. Fitness & Sushi are proselytizing your products, guys! Give some of that love back to them!

    Great Podcast
    Enjoy listening to the interaction between this couple. The length of the podcast are around 30 minutes and not overwhelming long. Now with the individual podcast each host is doing allows me to get to know each struggles and I’m not the only one going through struggles

    Amazing balls
    So over a year ago I was on a hole that I could not get out of (figuratively) and searched for fitness podcasts. I came a Ross several but when I came across this one I decided to subscribe. After the first few episodes I was hooked. Tony and Deanna have wonderful chemistry and talk to you as a listener as if you are sitting at the table having sushi with them talking about these important deep concepts. I love hearing each of their struggles. The lesson and what they are grateful for during the episodes. And now they have single episodes which are amazing. Tony recently did one that was so empowering I have shared it with so many of my friends. This is a must listen if you want to be successful at transformation that will last and if you want to become a healthier and overall happier person. Rochelle

    Ever upward!! I have learned so much from Tony and Deanna: how to enjoy the journey, how to practice permission-based eating, how to acheive my new ideal body, how to slay arbitrary little words that I don't even know how to pronounce!! Even if I never ditch the fudge, or become an ex cereal-killer, I know that I can eventually get my body, mind, exercise and diet relationships under control with their help. If you're tired of the diet culture, but not satisfied with your mindset, body image or meals, this is the place to be!!

    First off Tony and Deanna are a joy to listen to. Their chemistry and banter keep me engaged. Their individual podcasts have a different feel but still enjoyable to listen to. I'm so glad to have found this podcast, I've learned so much about how my relationship with food, exercise and body image have been harmful. Getting to the root of the problem and fixing issues from the inside out have helped with nutrition, exercise, body image and mindfulness of choosing health. I'm glad I'm off the on again/off again dieting cycle.

    Insightful, Fun, and always ON POINT!!
    As someone who has experenced & healed from a "life rollercoaster ride" in regards to nutrition/body image/fitness, I absolutely love listening to this podcast because it's everything I have experienced to be SO TRUE, delivered in a fun & uplifting bantor between Tony & Deanna! I enjoy the conversation, I enjoy the insight, I relate to everything and I find myself smiling & LAUGHING as I listen!! I am 34, and although I feel I am in a super strong & phsyically/mentally healthy & loving placed with myself (as a teenager I had an eating disorder/drug issue, that evolved to orthorexia (which I thought at the time I was super healthy!), but had no PERIOD for 10 + years. It wasn't until my mid 20's, and getting married and realizing I wanted to have a child that I realized I needed to work on my eating issues, which in reality was my body image/self worth issues (which I see more clearly now then at the time). Currently as I type this- I have a son, I get my period regularly, I enjoy my food/exercise & life, and I continue the work on healing from my past beliefs. It took me a long time to get to this place, but I'm thankful - and along the way, Tony (and then later on Deanna!) have been the good voices in my ear (long beore the podcast, I have read all of Tony's incredible emails!). Thank you so much, you two - for sharing your stories, being REAL and vulnerable, and your mission to help others! I am so thankful - sending so much love & my daily GRATITUDE is this podcast! :)

    Tony and Deanna are changing my life! I have tried so many diets over the years I’ve lost count. I now realize you must start from the inside out! The program they offer in addition to the Podcasts is moving me finally in a direction I need for life. The podcasts are a great supplement. I love their honesty, banter and real life suggestions.     Getting to the root of health
    Tony and Deanna helped me realize that what *I* thought was just an unhealthy relationship with food was as much related to my mind and body image as it was to my dysfunctional food habits. It has been enlightening and refreshing to see myself making progress that will keep me out of unhealthy cycles not just in the equivalent of a diet phase, but to fundamentally change how I see myself and how I treat myself.

    Thank you for offering up a fresh perspective on what a healthy and attainable relationship to health, food and fitness looks like.     Tony and Deanna are amazing- they are so honest about the screw-ups that they go through- which certainly makes me feel better!! And they give great advice on how to move forward with a plan for living well - I love their back and forth banter - A great mix of Fun - Seriousness- and Some Great tips for getting yourself healthier- and having fun along the way!!!! I was a coach calorie fan first- But it’s Super nice having Deanna in the mix too!! Thank you guys!!!❤️

    I heard Deanna on the Dr Brooke and Sarah podcast and I shared that podcast with a young Mom. Deanna shared so many things I wish I had known when my kids were young (they are now 21 and 18). Then I started listening to the Fitness & Sushi podcast and LOVE their message. I have struggled with food and body image since high school. So much of what they share resonates with me - it feels like they are talking directly to me! I’m going back now and listening to old episodes and they are so helpful!

    I have been struggling with fitness for the last several years. I’ve been seeing a therapist who specializes in eating disorders as I realized I have binge eating disorder. She recommended that I listen to Fitness & Sushi and these two are so inspiring! Their advice of living in abundance and finding moderation is consistent with the recommendations of my therapist and I have found it so useful! Highly recommend!! Thanks, guys!!

    One of the best podcasts I’ve listened to regarding fitness and overall physical and mental health. That’s how they stand out! It’s not like all the other podcasts that tell you how to lose weight or reach your fitness goals, they dive into important aspects of the whole experience like self-image, habits, etc. I totally recommend it!!!

    This gives me motivation during my workouts
    I had been listening to podcasts in the car on my commute but after every episode I was SO motivated to workout that it felt frustrating to still be in my car in traffic. Then I started listening to these podcasts during my workouts and it’s like Tony and Deanna are encouraging me with every rep and jump squat. Their positive attitudes are the perfect way to frame my attitude towards exercise, food, and body image.

    Ive been listening since day one of the podcast and I listen in every Monday morning on my walk with my daughter. The way Tony and Deanna talk about the struggles and strategies of taking care of yourself really helps me keep myself grounded whenever I have those low moments. I’ve been following Deanna for a little over a year and she has helped me so much with keeping my head level throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. I don’t feel crazy about food anymore, I make better choices for food that I know will help me feel my best. Food just doesn’t have that much power over me anymore which feels great! Thanks for the healthy mindset, Schobers! It feels great to take care of myself and have great reminders each week to respect myself and the journey I’m on for a healthy life! Cheers!

I love that Deanna and Tony get right to the point and that their conversations are engaging and interesting. No matter the topic I can always relate and the episodes fly by.
