I’m an instructor at an academically rigorous, too military school. We specialize in adult learning theory, instruction techniques, and I study the neuroscience of learning in my spare time to provide a better product to my students in various topics. It’s clear to me after listening to Mark’s podcasts and video series that he intimately (whether he describes it as such or not) understands language acquisition and the principles of adult learning theory. While this podcast may not be as entertaining as some click bait “Learn Russian in 1 month” videos on YouTube, it is certainly much more effective. If you are serious about learning Russian effectively, I guarantee you that his courses are the best place to start.

Great pacing, and constantly gives you translations. Great for passive listening in the car, gym, etc, and still learning a ton.
