I happened upon this podcast about a years ago and it has been a gem! I learned so much from being apart of this community. As a new food trailer owner, I was lost on many of the nuances of food trucking. This podcast has grown me as a food trucker and I’m well on my way to success. Great podcast to learn about Food Trucks and how they are built, day to day, and what foods they serve. Great Job!!

If you are interested in food trucks this is a great entry into the details of what it takes, from probably the first PhD candidate to delve into the minutia.

Words can’t say enough about how helpful and resourceful the podcast is. I don’t remember how I found out about the Food Truck Scholar but I’m forever grateful. I am currently on my journey into the food truck world and without her podcast I wouldn’t be this far along. She put me in contact with @PopGoesTheWaffle who helped me get my food truck vendor drawings approved in Florida. Also her episode with @JackpotChicken help me save some money after I bought his book. All of the episodes are filled with knowledge and is worth the listen too. I look forward to hearing the podcast more than my favorite tv shows because it’s helping me and I am sure so many other people. Absolutely DOPE and UNIQUE!!!

As a food truck owner, I really appreciate this show and hearing different perspectives from all across the country. It feels like every interview-ee was selected with thoughtfulness. Also, You can hear Ariel's passion for food and this industry with every question she asks. Great work. Keep em comin.

I love how the The FoodTruck Scholar interviews owners from across the US, especially those who otherwise wouldn’t have a platform to promote their business. I’ve tried several of the food trucks she’s featured from LA, and plan to try others. Thank you so much for why you’re doing! My family and I love the show!

Just finished the episode with Dr. P. Gabrielle Foreman, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! I laughed out loud, learned so much about the intersection of food/culture/labor/love, and loved listening in on their thoughtful exchange. I want that veggie sandwich, though. For real. I can almost taste it!!

Ariel is such a well-spoken person. She has a talent for finding not only amazing food and sharing that with us but making small businesses known! She is doing important work and entertaining ya along the way! If you’re a foodie, definitely check this out!
