His guests are diverse and insightful. His shownotes are very detailed and really support your growth in knowledge that you can then put into action.

I found the Creating Light podcast a few days ago and I’ve already listened to 8 podcasts so far. Les Gaddis is knowledgable and entertaining. I have been surprised by how many times he has explained something that I thought I already knew and a light bulb went off and I understood it on a deeper level. His companion website with links to vimeo videos is helpful as well. I have subscribed and look forward to future episodes.
