    Welcome Back!
WOW, I was so surprised to see you guys back on my podcasts. And the audio is so clear and the levels are even. Can't wait to hear what you guys bring this year. Cheers!

    New recordings are awesome.
Great show, entertaining and an opportunity to understand the life of legit pros with some good laughs. The upgraded audio on the new episodes is awesome!

    Good wood talk...
I have listened to dozens of hours now of this podcast while I am attempting to put together my first wood shop and have enjoyed all of the wood chatter. Hearing interviews with two of my CFC “rockstar” level instructors was cool (Tim R and Adrian F....still waiting to here one with Owain Harris (also a “rockstar” woodworker)). Thanks for putting all your info and day life stories out there for us!

    Top Shelf!!
It is great to listen to Craftsmen who are passionate about their work, doing the ”Right Thing”, and protecting the environment for our children. Keep up the great work.

    Awesome show
Love to hear some thoughts from professionals and the people that they have on the show as guest help show how far you can push a craft. I’ve listen to all the episode twice and got different tips each time. Keep it up

    Better than silence ;D
The most random frequently off-topic stream of consciousness that I rather enjoy. Mostly interesting, sometimes confusing, and almost always entertaining. Beats listening to yourself mouth breath. Seriously though, covers a lot of topics I myself ponder with super interesting guests and it’s cool to see some of the common ground we share with some of the people we all look up to. Love, Nick @sawyer_design

    The best woodworking podcast available
This is the best woodworking podcast available. The interviews with the guests are great, the questions and direction of the conversation are spot on. As a professional woodworker, or even a serious enthusiast, you will appreciate that this is not another bunch of content creators creating content. :-)

    Fantastic show
As a professional woodworker in a rural area this is a great way to learn and stay current.

    Love the show
Absolutely love the show. Two small problems I have are the audio being out of sync which makes it hard to follow at times and the volume of the podcast. When running machines In the shop even with headphones on it’s hard to hear.

    Practical and Informative
Three professional with different experiences discuss their progression in woodworking. Detailed, informative providing food for thought to those of us taking woodworking seriously even as a hobbyist.

    These Guys are Pros!
These three never fail to entertain and inform me on each episode. The chemistry these guys have is clearly what makes this not only informative but entertaining. I find myself laughing through the majority of each episode. What makes this podcast interesting to me is that they all three are professionals so the content is legitimate woodworking topics and not the typical content creator type woodworking podcast. It’s different and that’s a good thing to me. Keep it up fellas!

    Awesome podcast
I came for the woodworking content, which is fantastic; but I think I could listen to you guys talk, joke, and laugh about just about anything. Keep it up!

    Wood Puns
If you want to spruce up your woodworking knowledge, this show will leave you pining for more. I wood recommend this podcast to anyone remotely interested in woodworking agrain and agrain. These guys are studs.

Great insight into the professional woodworker’s life
As an amateur woodworker who had relatively romantic ideas about life as a professional woodworker, these guys provide a much more realistic view of this profession while also giving an insight into the tools and techniques used by professionals.
  • kjswoodworking
    Great pod.
As a professional and full time woodworker who primarily works alone it is fantastic to listen to you guys. The banter and snark (sorry Phil mostly you) is very entertaining and informative. I follow all three of you on IG and instantly start following every guest you have on. Thanks, Ken Schaible.

    David Boucher episode
Come on guys - how do you do it! Just when I think you guys have done the best episode ever, you come along with another. Keep it up - a winning combination between the three of you with so many tidbits of info it's hard to keep up! This episode - out of the park. It was fascinating to listen to David's "story" - and what a teller he is. Great lessons no matter what your level or profession. Awesome job!!

    Great listen
This is a great one to listen to because it’s funny, light hearted but also full of good information. Thanks for something nice to listen to. @madera.by.erika

    Best honest woodworking podcast
These guys are the perfect trio. I could listen to their discussions (banter) and teachings endlessly. Plus they have a true chemestry you don't get with other podcasts. The audio is sometimes sketchy but I just think of them as the grunge rock of the woodworking podcast world. My only true comment is, I wish Ben would talk up a little more. I love his instagram videos but he often sits back and listens to the conversation between Phil, Ramon, and potential guest.

    So positive
Great, smart conversations with amazing makers, and with each other. What I love so much about the show is how positive and generous these guys with each other and especially with others. They are obviously thrilled to be talking to fellow craftspeople. It’s a show about celebrating great work. Not to say they don’t discuss challenges. But there’s nothing snarky or cynical. It’s inspiring even to us amateurs. And they are funny.

It’s like having friends in your shop...
These guys are super entertaining back and fourth banter and provide good advice. It’s like having friends hanging in your woodshop except they don’t drink all your beer. Keep it up! Thanks!

    Great show!
Just listened to the episode with Jack Forsburg. Funniest podcast ever! And incredibly informative about vfd ‘s and 3-phase power. Great podcast. A must for every woodworker

    Love your podcast
First of all, I just listened to the episode from last week and I was laughing as much as Philip was! Jack was so funny and quirky. I really enjoy your conversations and am so happy that it isn't just a question and answer session- like some of the other ones I've heard. I look forward to your podcasts every week and enjoy the topics you guys toss around. Keep it up!

    The Three Amigos
Best podcast on the subject of woodworking I’ve found. I’ve tried out a few others but the content wasn’t that diverse. One of the best parts about the Woodworkers Podcast is the hosts different backgrounds. I love hearing there approaches on what they are working on. So far all of the guests they’ve had on have been great too! The episode with Jack Forsberg had me cracking up. These guys have a good sense of humor. I agree that the audio isn’t the best, but I think it’s pretty good for three people talking so far away from each other. Maybe there’s some program that the audio could be ran through to balance it out more?
  • RickMed84
    Greatest podcast!
By far my favorite podcast right now! These guys have a wealth of knowledge and are so cool about sharing the things they’ve learned over the years with guys who are just starting out like myself. I’ve been following these guys on instagram for a while now and almost lost my mind when I saw they had a podcast! Great job Ramon, Ben and Phillip!

    Another perspective on woodworking
Unlike the endless content aimed at the home woodworker or enthusiast about woodworking, this podcast provides good insights into how professionals make a living at this business. I would love to hear more about how to be an efficient operation that generates steady income. This is a must-listen for anyone who dreams of earning money from woodworking.

    Best Woodworking Podcast
To me, this is the best woodworking podcast, hands down - and one of the best craft podcasts all around too. I think it’s because these guys really DO woodworking every day, to make a living. It’s not a hobby, it’s a job - and they all have a deep knowledge of the craft, from installing cabinets to marquetry, from complex joinery to belt sander magic. The conversation is funny without being mean, and full of knowledge and tips. And they are super down to earth and approachable. Most of all I appreciate hearing about the techniques and approaches and I would love to keep hearing more specifics about their processes and best practices. My favorite episode was the one where they talk about their paths to woodworking, how they learned and got started and where their businesses are headed now. It’s helpful to hear specifics like that and I think it happens kind of rarely in craft podcasts. The interviews are also super fun to listen to because they can get specific and ask good questions, and they are welcoming to their guests and help highlight their work. I think I heard the episode with Bern Chandley and then listened to all the rest of the episodes in a week. Now I’m bummed I don’t have any more to listen to! Hope this podcast stays around for a long time - it’s amazing! Thanks for the awesome work! What are you waiting for, subscribe subscribe!

    Out With 18
What a great group of Craftsman. I absolutely learned nothing in this episode but was so entertained I had to listen to it twice. These are very likable people that are excellent at what they do and what a great sense of humor. Very Entertaining and I do learn a lot from these guys.

    Why???
I never understand the reason people feel compelled to speak profanity on a woodworking podcast. The episode with Matt Kenney was the last straw. Neither the F-word nor the S-word has a place in these broadcasts. If, as he claims, Matt Kenney was formerly a college professor, he should have sufficient vocabulary to not need curse words.

    Professionals talking business.
I have been searching for a long time to find a “real” professional woodworker’s podcast that resonate with my 30 years in this field. The three perspectives are very unique and also deeply connected into this very unique trade. As I appreciate all the DIY movement in the US or Across the world, it is refreshing to listen the hosts talking the daily struggles and tips that make this woodworker trade a very unique a passionate group of people. Keep up the great work guys. I finally feel like I am part of a “cool kids” club;) For all the beginner in the trade, don’t get discouraged by the technical chats, go straight to all three hosts Instagram accounts, and follow their current projects. This will give you a lot of context.

    Excellent Podcast!
This is one of the few podcasts that I really look forward to listening to. These guys are super knowledgeable, but all from slightly different backgrounds so the topics are interesting. I enjoy the casual nature of the podcast, it feels like just listening in on a few friends talking about the things that interest them, and that is interesting to me. Keep it up guys, I really enjoy the show!

    You learn a lot
These guys are easy-going and deliver a lot of great woodworking wisdom. I learn a lot and am definitely inspired and motivated to keep improving my skills as a craftsman. Thanks guys

Best in The World but Bad Audio
These guys are the real thing - true masters of the woodworking craft. I thoroughly enjoy following them on Instagram & would love the podcast even more, but I cannot take the drastic variations in volume. I’ll be amongst the most diehard listeners the moment that audio gets leveled out.
  • @stflycatcher
Excellent work, just enjoyed the Tim Coleman interview
Thanks for putting this together guys. It’s very relatable and exciting to hear more about the process that professional woodworkers go through and how they go about building their careers. For a hobbyist who is trying to steer toward woodworking as a profession, it’s a real aid on my journey.

Love the Smell of Resawing in the Morning
These superstar hosts are sure to make a spectacular podcast. The knowledge runs deep with these cats. Looking forward to see how their personalities will meld. Maybe one of these guys will dethrone Matt Kenney and become the new King of woodworking podcast comedy.

    Experience and Know How
A great podcast from some IG Gods in the Woodworking world. Great experience and know how along with some laid back woodworking conversation. The best thing for the ride home to inspire me.

    Much needed
Three of the most talented woodworkers that I know of. Also three super nice guys. Their Instagram posts are always so informative. Very excited to hear their perspectives on woodworking and the business. Eric E

    What are they thinking?
3 of the most talented and knowledgable woodworkers out there. No idea why they have such a passion for sharing with the rest of us, but I'm pretty stoked about it. Been following them (and their advice) on instagram for a while, and I'm glad they're taking it more long-form. Definitely worth a listen.
