    Much needed! Practical advice!
I needed to hear Greg’s advice on Imposter syndrome. He pointed out that we need to have a way to reset and recenter ourselves which I needed to do as I recently started my own business. Thank you for the tip!

An inspirational listen for anyone in leadership
The Inner Chief podcast is fantastic for anyone in leadership who would like a coach or mentor but haven’t yet found one. There is sound and practical advice from the guests that Greg Layton interviews. I came across the podcast while I was looking up the CEO of T2 Tea, Nicola Sparshott. What a great interview that was, I have been hooked since. I have gone through the episodes from latest until the very first. Each one of them has been very insightful. I have shared different podcasts with different people in my network depending on what challenges they are facing in their careers. There is something for everyone. I also took the scorecard (survey) on The Chief Maker website. It has helped me identify where I am lacking and what is holding me back in terms of getting into senior management. What is great about it, is that the survey and report are absolutely free!!! I digress, but back to the podcast of the 40 podcasts I have listened to, my most favourite is the very first one with CEO Kevin Young. He was the perfect first guest and he set the tone for the rest of the podcasts. Greg Layton’s guests are absolutely authentic and candid about their experiences including their private lives. This is refreshing, because when you are at the pinnacle of your career it should not be at the expense of your family. I listen to the podcasts on my commute to work and Greg is great company. Thank you for a wonderful podcast.
