    Un-listenable cacophony
The host speaks too fast to be discernible and the guests call into the show on telephones that sound like they’re from the 1990s. How can you be interesting or intelligent if no one can hear or understand you?? Don’t waste your time on this amateur hour.

    Informative and inspirational
Enjoy every one of your episodes with excellent format and content. The episode today with Dr Tom Bodenheimer of UCSF Center for Excellence on primary care was particularly interesting to me. Loved the way you were able to draw specific examples of excellence in primary care from Dr Bodenheimer. Specifics are so helpful in gaining a better understanding of best practices. Finished with a feeling of joy when Dr Bodenheimer told the story of the medical student’s first experience with a patient. Also, as a resident of the Bay Area, I was so pleased to hear the examples of excellence at West County Health Center and Asian Health Services. Thank you for your exceptional work!
