    Low Carb Hustle and Jiu Jitsu for old guys
    Big fan of Nate Palmer and his work. He helped me, a masters 4….OLD…Jiu Jitsu athlete, dial in my nutrition for max energy and focus … a side benefit was dropping about 20 lbs which helps me avoid tough weight cuts for competitions! Keep on hustling Nate!

    Motivating, not oppressive
    Love Nate and had him on my show. Great guy and he's got a great manner of understanding. There is this area between wanting to energize and pump people up that is positive and good - and then other 'guru's' who become rather abusive and mean. He's not that. It's all uplifting, posivie, reassuring and healthy with a focus on good habits that are doable and buildable. Just really love his approach and the guests he chooses to have on.

    Adam and the million pound mission is great. It doesn’t matter what eating style or fitness level you are on/at he will steer you in the right direction. He has new ways of thinking about nutrition and fitness that everyone can get. He has thought up ways for you to stop making excuses and see where you fail and how to look at new ways to combat that. Adam I love your no BS ways.

Actually, aside from the energy, it's about the CARE he brings to the show.     Just finished listening to the Sanda Younger episode while on my daily dog walk and I had to take a minute to take a deep breath and wipe the tears from my face. Your questions and the impact this show has on me is powerful. There is always hope. Always.     I have listened to most of the MPM podcasts and I absolutely love the amount of information and education I receive each week. What I like most is that you don’t need to prescribe to any particular diet or regiment to benefit from these concepts. ANYONE can begin implementing these tools TOMORROW! Sometimes trying new things can be daunting. On this podcast, each tool and concept are broken down and discussed in detail as to how to begin to apply them to your life. I love to plan what I am going to do to get healthy. But admittedly I’m not great with actually implementing that plan! This podcast has helped me to do that without feeling overwhelmed or stressed out about “not doing it right” or “failing”. Each concept is so individualized that it can work for any lifestyle. Adam candidly shares his personal experiences and introduces guests who have a variety of different backgrounds to bring so much solid information. I have started and stopped so many diets/exercise plans, you name it! Ever since finding this podcast, I have had so many small victories that have most certainly added up! The encouragement and interaction with listeners is unparalleled.     Found Adam through the Keto For Normies podcast. I loved his energy and his message right off the bat. The more I listened to him the more I got this vibe that he is like the Tony Robbins of Health and Fitness. I love and appreciate that he is so focused on the MINDSET of health and fitness. Not something many people really talk about. Yeah, anyone can follow a plan, and eat the right foods. Thats pretty basic. Its the Motivation, its the Why, its the personal barriers that we must face and conquer in order to truly reach our goals. I have listened to the first 10 episodes and am actually going to go back through and listen again when I have a pen and paper and THIS time Im going to jot down notes and do the activities/homework he suggests. Thank you Adam for giving us so much value and information in each podcast. This is the most valuable information I have ever recieved in regards to health, fitness and results!

    I am on the road a lot, and I was listening to a lot of podcasts that I realized were getting me angry and not giving me a lot of hope. When I heard Adam on the Keto for Normies podcast, I was like, “Oh man this guy is so positive and motivated,” and kudos to me for being so observant 🤪 I love this podcast; Adam’s message is always positive and makes me want to take action and be accountable and just keep climbing towards a better life. Even though the Million Pound Mission is a weight-loss mission, it means just as much and is just as applicable to me, a regular guy trying to put on muscle and maybe burn a little more fat. The tools and the interviews are great for everyone, not just people who are trying to lose weight. Adam’s got serious mojo and I look forward to it every day!
