Been listening for years. Patient centered, research based information from tons of leaders in dentistry. Well rounded topics that all dentists deal with.. basic to complex, clinical to business.. it’s really Just 2 down to earth drs and their lab guy trying to do high quality dentistry.

The stuff these guys cover is top notch. And the guests they bring on are some of the best. I’m a recent 2020 grad and with graduating comes the struggle of trying to make sense of all the information after graduating. I look forward to the future guests and the content to follow!!

I thought I was the biggest implant junkie in the US, but I was so wrong! These docs took in to another level! So thankful for the podcast they are doing! Very good stuff! Have to tune in!

As a periodontist with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of implant dentistry , my main practice focus is to solve implant related problems for dentists and their patients . In many cases, the problems start with poor case selection, inadequate education , deficient training and lack of understanding and experience in implantology. I find the THE DENTAL GUYS to be very knowledgeable and engaged with the latest in implant dentistry. With all my experience and training, I’m very humbled by these guys as I learn so much every time I tune in. I started listening to their implant podcasts as I learned about them from the Academy of Osseointegration. But, now I’m hooked listening to all the other non implant subjects as well. Nice job dental guys . Thank you for what you do.

The Dental Guys is your go to show for all things Dentistry! My Brother-in-law is a dentist and absolutely loves this podcast. The host’s Jon and Wes are incredibly wise and jam packs every episode with tons of awesome content, amazing interviews, and entertaining guest. I highly recommend!

Hands-down, best clinically relevant podcast out there. I’m a rising D4, but have been listening since before school. No question TDG has helped steer my career and will continue to do so. Wes and Jon do an excellent job of giving invaluable information to expand the horizons of listeners. I’m a HUGE fan of their book club series on Zero Bone Loss concepts and recommend it to anyone placing/restoring implants in their practice, I.e., anyone!

I began listening to The Dental Guys in my D2 year. I believe it was a discussion about scanners that first piqued my interest. Now that I’m about to graduate I listen each week because I know I’ll learn something. In a sea of dental business and practice management podcasts (which are important in their own right), The Dental Guys delve into clinical topics with the goal of raising the bar on your dentistry—mind opening stuff. The guests they interview are top notch, too. Keep the knowledge flowing! Looking forward to attending RDI events in the future.

I am in my last semester of dental school and have been looking around for a podcast that consistently produces a balance of helpful clinical and dental practice advice. John and Wes cover topics that stretch my inexperienced dental mind, but in a way that I can understand and apply. Their commitment to excellence is a great example and inspiration to me as I begin my dental career in a few months!

This podcast is great. It challenges me to improve all aspects of my practice. And.... they rely on peer reviewed research in the discussion of dental topics.

This is the only podcast that motivates me to be better at my craft. They always give you objective research on best practices in dentistry and it leaves me more questions to answer on my own. Really what’s great about to podcast is it gives you the right questions to ask. If you ask the right questions, then you get the right answers.

I am a dental assistant in the state of Washington who is passionate about being the best support for my Dentist and his office I can be. I love the emphasis on excellence and challenge to go to the next level. I also find it helpful to hear from the Dr. perspective. Knowing the “why” behind the “what” helps me partner with my Dr in providing excellence in patient care. Thank you for the time and energy you put into this! It is making a difference!

I love the clinical focus of this podcast. As a mid-career dentist who took time off to raise children, i appreciate the dialogue of these two fine dentists have with their guests to keep me abreast of current topics in dentistry. Dentistry can be isolating and as i have re-entered the dental field, finding other dentists who listen to the DG’s opens the conversation about how we can all take dentistry to the next level.

Very informative and easy to understand. Good for the less experienced to the well seasoned dentist.

Too bad I can't leave more stars to make up for the one person who only left 3 stars...The Dental Guys are one of the best podcasts available. Their focus to take dentistry to the "next level" is unmatched and they want to share it with you. Hearing them live at the Voices of Dentistry and getting to meet them in person was even better then listening to them on my morning commute. The endo series was one of a kind and a favorite of mine. Keep it guys.

John & Wes are well-read, successful practitioners while being down-to-earth & excellent teachers. What they have to say is relevant & super helpful! I see them as digital mentors from afar. Highly recommend for all those in the dental field.

I have to admit. I was stuck in a slump of doing the same redundant dental procedures everyday. I have been practicing for three years and was getting very bored with dentistry. I then stumbled across this podcast a few months ago and boy has it changed my life. I listen to and from work every day and it has completely changed my way of thinking. I even had the mindset that since I was a new graduate I can’t afford to spend a bunch of money on CE. Not anymore, I joined a local Spear study club and looking to forward to going to Scottsdale next year. These guys have definitely helped me find myself again and I am for sure “Taking it to the next level”. Lol. I know this review seems cheesy but I can’t thank the Dental Guys enough!

What more is there to say? Jon and Wes deliver some amazing content that can apply to essentially every practitioner, and they can do so in a way that doesn't bore. Keep up the great work!

Every time you have a “discussion” about how to do something and what someone else is telling you doesn’t sound like the facts then scroll through the dental guys podcast library and you will probably find a podcast that explains the real science behind the debate!

I listen to it while running/biking. You always learn something new. It is not always serious, it is fun way to talk about every day dentistry. The episode names don't always reflect what is being talked about the whole time, but the conversation makes you think. I appreciate the in depth literature review Wes and Jon do prior to recording episodes. Great work dental guys!

Only got about 4 episodes into it and I had to stop listening. It was too much of Wes talking over John, asking a question and then answering before John could get through his entire thought. I'm sure they have some good info to share. The few episodes I listened to had good content, but it was too frustrating to listen to. Sorry about the review Dental Guys.
