StackgrlTender & FULL O’FlavorI was given Ava’s IG from my hairdresser when I got to CO in 2013 bc I was a coach and Ava was lit on her diet culture path. Obviously we became internet besties and although we never actually met IRL, she has always been inspiring to me for her reckless abandon into showing her vulnerability. Listening to her just makes me go back to those times I reached out for no particular reason and really add the love you can hear in her soul through her voice. SWOOOOON! The combo plate of comfort, tenderness, spice & delicacy is a dish best served with a crisp glass of “hurt your own feelings” and I am a Truckey STAN.

BitsOfAwesomeBest seat in the houseAva’s podcast is like getting lucky enough to sit at a chef’s table in their kitchen and having them take the time to sit down and chat about recipes and life experiences. She brings people together wherever she goes - IRL or online - through her brave honesty and encouragement to be who you are without apology.

Loly polyEverything’s better with Butter!I am so enjoying these podcasts because they are a continuation of the connection Ava has created in her blog and her Facebook group. She facilitates like minded people with home cooked food interests to gather and support each other. Ava creates a space where people can be real and honest about life circumstances and how food and cooking or baking impacts it. This podcast allows us to see behind the scene in farmers markets and the life off a food entrepreneur. It’s easy to see why everything is better with Butter!

paul zentAvaI somehow bonded with Ava over FB posts and her writing. I admire how she puts her insights and emotions out there. It is real and makes you not feel alone anymore. She has brought some of the most wonderful people into my life with her thoughts and perspective. Thanks for that friend.
