Sounds like an 80's radio station with constant repeating of the name of the show ("TSN 1050" "get the meaning of the numbers" over and over again) and constant reference to twitter handles and how to contact Andy are just seriously uncool. The blaring "get the meaning of the numbers" is beyond annoying. And then there's the constant push to get you buy Dominos pizza. TSN is this for real, is this really what you think serious hockey fans will listen to? The ONLY highlight of the show is Travis Yost who is a total star and too good for this show IMO and is the only reason I have listened to this show for so long. After Travis (which ends after about 10-13 minutes) you might as well tune out because it's all downhill from there. For example, Gus from rotoworld (or whatever his position is) is the worst, I mean worst, that you can imagine. I stuck with this show way too long and finally gave up and have moved on to better podcasts out there.

I love the content provided; even delving into minor league players and assisting on fantasy hockey. While you get the little to maple leafs centric content you get from most TSN” outlets, this podcast seems to reduce that focus with plenty of time to focus on other teams and players. The only real gripe I have against this podcast are what seems like the weekly technical issues. This ranges from poor phone lines (seriously Yost has so much good information but often can’t hear all his nuances). Also, you get episodes where the sound disappears for a few seconds at a time for the entire podcast.

This hockey podcast has “analytics” in its title. There were no numbers discussed on the most recent podcast, just takes and opinions. There was much mention of Dominos Pizza, which must be more palatable than it is State side. This podcast is only useful to drone out something else.

Now I understand what the numbers mean!
