    Repetitious
An very important story. Far too wordy; stating the obvious too many times. Imho

I remember when these events were in the news but I didn’t know all of the specific details. Thank you for this good podcast.

Engaging with the real people who were involved
This is a well written storyline of a tragic storyline which passed many Americans by who don’t live in the Austin area. The narrator strings the events together, creating appropriate listener emotions such as anger, frustration, and being achingly tired right along with the families, reporters, and agents who lived this horrific terror event. Once again Vault Studios produced a solid report, like Bardstown, that makes you want to stay in the car to keep listening. The audio quality is even. Words are carefully chosen so as not to drag things out or cause controversy when it is not fair, and the music is always hauntingly paired. Great job. You want to listen to this and any other Vault production.

    Good Listen!
Well done... overall the storyline, audio & delivery was great! I do wish there was a more in depth conclusion. It seems it had a great build up and then it had a flatlined ending. Maybe an additional episode telling about the bomber’s in depth personal life... idk it just seems hurried. BUT if it weren’t a good podcast I wouldn’t want more... so this tells you it’s a must listen!

    Well done storytelling
In depth enough to be gripping, not too drawn out to tiring, well done

    Well documented account
This is a well done, well documented and thoughtfully put together the events of the bombings around Austin. The perspective from all sides puts you right in the investigation.

    Solid
This was good but it was unremarkable. A lot of it involves the police defending their every action, from not calling the perpetrator a terrorist to them being slow to pick up on the fact that a serial bomber was at work. Still, the insight into the investigation is undeniably interesting, and the subject matter is terrifying and compelling.

    Well documented
I live in Austin. I grew up here. I live in the neighborhood where he mailed the package and it definitely caused me to be more vigilant. There were a lot of thing discussed in the podcast that I never heard before. It made me realize that this situation was much more dangerous than I felt at the time. I feel for those victims. Could we possible get an update on the survivors?

YouTube the “Austin bomber” videos and wonder how they could give such a comprehensive 8-episode review - including advising you to watch the footage on YouTube - when they themselves clearly did not. Shreds their credibility. Too bad, it’s an interesting story and the investigation and apprehension team are all highly commendable.

    Great show
I don’t live in Austin but followed this story closely when it was happening. Thank you for telling us the whole story!

    Worth it, but some issues
Really interesting especially since I live in Austin, but the facts are gripping and serious enough without the super melodramatic writing, which I worry might romanticize the killer and the bombings. It also essentially becomes just interviews with cops talking about how great they were.

    Brilliant
At the time, living in Austin, we only knew what was being communicated by authorities, so this is a fascinating look at behind the scenes and especially the thought process of what to say and what to hold back. Great podcast - well done for the work putting this together.

    Title
Interesting and well-paced, with a range of interviews. My only issue is the theme song, which is a little too much and gets stuck in my head.

    A Great Listen
I remember hearing about these incidents when they happened but didn't follow the story. This podcast does a great job of telling what happened and how it affected the community. Listening to the eye witnesses, victims, and investigators really put me in the middle of the story. Can't wait to hear the rest of the episodes.
