Update: So, so good! I listened to every episode, and it’s one of the most entertaining shows in any medium (TV series, streaming, other podcasts). The actors are uber-talented/hilarious, and the writing, producing, and editing are perfect. Literally a fan of all of them: looked them up to see who is who, what else they’ve done, and what they are working on. June 28,2024: This was one of my favorite series I’m only on the second episode, but this show is great! No idea how I hadn’t seen it on some “Top Podcasts” lists, but it certainly deserves a place on all of them.

Heard and advertisement during P1 with Matt & Tommy and figured I’d give it a shot; the more I listened the more I loved it! The characters, the storylines it straddles the line between completely plausible and utterly ludicrous, it’s a perfect blend of hilarity. The voice cast does an amazing job, the jokes range from smart and punchy to raunchy and childish and everything in between. I wish I had know about it earlier to follow it weekly, but at least now I have a huge catalog to catch up on! #Nolanout #ashwoodcity #superwhites

Listening again for the second time through. Will keep in my library until we’ll past it inevitably ends. It’s the book or the movie or tv show or album you always go back to.

When I first started listening I thought it was brilliant and I couldn't get enough. I followed it through from the start but have stopped listening at the start of the 20-21 season. Why? Because it's become mainly a shouting match. People screaming at other people makes up most of the episodes now. Some of the player stuff is still funny but the boardroom characters have become really irritating and would be guaranteed to lose their teeth in the real world.

The Offensive is one of the funniest and well executed “radio” dramas I’ve ever listened to. Consistently funny, incredibly entertaining, and a great critique of the “modern game.” One of only two Patreons I’m signed up for, and well worth paying the $10 a month for the highest tier. The production, the voice cast, the scripts, it’s all world class. Cannot recommend highly enough to anyone in need of a good laugh, especially about soccer.

Absolutely awesome soccer podcast!!! I really love this podcast. All of the voice actors are the best in the biz and Jess Tate is phenomenal!!! Especially in ep 73 she really blew me away!! The production value of the entire show is off the charts!! I sincerely hope it’s around for a long long time!

Best episode yet! Michael Jackson singing 'Black or White' with the 'Toon supporters there was, as Patrick put it, 'inspired'!

Absolutely love this show! A perfectly written and executed radio-style comedy in the modern age. Though as an American I am slightly offended by the state of the Chairman’s accent.

This is such a clever and entertaining podcast. Give it a few episodes to get yourself into the vibe and you’re set!
